“Pergola was easy to fit together - would have liked slightly better quality wood. Product nevertheless looks lovely in situ. On line & phone service was very helpful.”

“I bought a bistro set from Garden Street and although it wasn't what I wanted and I needed to return it the written response from the company was very quick and they arranged a courier to collect the item and the refund was also quick. I was impressed with their speed and no quibble returns policy. Sadly the item wasn't quite right but I would order from them again.”

“Great product, instructions could have been a tad clearer (one photo was of a completely different item) and not sure why it takes 10 - 14 days (unless you make them to order). Very pleased with the finished article. Would definitely recommend to others and would shop with you again.”

“My wellies came and one leaked on their first outing. I contated Garden Street who quickly responded and the very next day I recieved a pair that are great, no leaks at all so very pleased with the service :)”

“Easy to order, great to have delivery charge included. Only negative was that I had to wait some days for my order to be delivered and I was desperate to get my composter installed and working!”

“Very quick delivery. My wife had to help unload the workshop as there was only one delivery person. Two side wall sections were damaged in transit but should be repairable. Have not build the workshop yet but the instructions seem clear and concise, so don't imagine there should be any assembly problems.”

“We are very pleased with the bike storage shed, but the first instruction to put the shed together was that we used a base that was not supplied with the shed so we incurred extra cost and a trip to a DIY shop. It would be great if this was made clear before we purchased the shed as we would have ordered the base at the same time.”

“Pleased with customer service but delivery company needs sorting. My order was left next door ,no card was left at my address,so I was unaware that the order had arrived.I had to get in touch with customer services who checked up on delivery and sent me to my next door neighbours to pick up my order”

“Good Points 1) Price 2) Customer Service Bad Points 1) Courier Company claimed to have attempted delivery three times, but did not deliver even though we have a 24 hour reception service at our apartment to sign for deliveries. 2) Planned delivery Wednesday, arrived on the Saturday AM.”

“This would have been five stars, but one of the items that I ordered arrived two days after the maximum delivery date. I rang the company when it had not arrived and the person I spoke to was very polite and apologetic. He promised to ring me, which he did and assured me that the item would be delivered two days late. The item arrived early on that date. This would certainly not deter me from using the company again and I would reccomend them.”

“The service was timely and the product was very good value and of a substantial quality. The only reason I haven't given 5 stars is because there were no assembly instructions.”

“The product was extremely good value for money and easy to assemble. For customer guidance I would recommend a coloured picture of the completed product which would give customers an overall view. The construction diagrams are of a decent standard but a coloured image may provide a more fuller idea of what customers finished product should look like. One gripe was that product arrived after the 3-7 day period.”

“Article (garden shredder) arrived promptly, well packed direct from manufacturer. Web site had led me to believe that I would be called before delivery, which didn't happen, hence 4*'s rather than 5.”
