“goods arrived at time which was offered and the arch has been installed in my garden and looks good, all I need now is to get the planters (included) filled and next year it will be a great enhancement.”

“I had a slight problem with not receiving my order, Probably waited longer than I should have before I Phoned Garden Street to ask if there was a delay in shipment. Appears it was mislaid in transit, A replacement was sent the next day. They where very helpful and pleasant to speak to on the phone and I would recommend them any one I know.”

“There was a problem with the wrong item being delivered but it was sorted quickly and the correct item sent next day delivery. Overall happy with the service and customer service was polite and helpfull.”

“Whilst the ordering process ie customer service and delivery was very good we have had some difficulty putting it together as not all the securing holes lined up and thereby had to be filed. Also the care instructions advise to store it away during the winter months to avoid the product from rusting which is not possible :( However, the overall product, apart from difficulty in assembly, is very robust, of good quality and aesthetically pleasing. Despite the small setbacks we would recommend your company and this product to others.”

“Good little bike shed, built in an afternoon, pretty straightforward to build, probably easier with two people but did It with one. Nature of construction means that is likely to be some warpage before assembly but use of additional brackets straightened it all up with ease. Probably helps if you have built sheds or similar in the past in terms of doing it quickly and definitiely needs a cordless drill/driver to screw everything in. Remember to fit the doors straight in the frames as the nature of the build is that doors go on last and the shed is unlikely to be square at the beginning so if you are not careful you will fit the doors squint if not careful. Good size and appears to be fairly solid construction albeit not super heavy duty so not a security shed out the box for expensive bikes if there is a risk of theft. You could strengthen etc if desired but fine for most things or in a secure site. Overall great shed for the price, quick delivery and easy to build”

“Bought a double bin shed , as we had had our yard redone and the bins spoilt it. They are sturdy with cupboards that lock and chains that go through the bin handles. Excellent product delighted. Bit confusion around delivery I called after a message and arranged this for Tuesday (This was Thursday) got an email next day saying they couldn't contact me to arrange delivery, advised sorted then was delivered on the Saturday no problem but it could have been if we had been out,”

“Bought garden bench as a present for my mum. Garden Street delivered direct to her, so that saved me a lot of hassle. Mum is very pleased with the bench and it was easy to assemble. The bench was initially out of stock but Garden Street emailed me when they received more stock in - a helpful service as I couldn't find that particular bench anywhere else.”

“The order was easy to make and the delivery was quick. The two packs are heavy and the delivery driver kindly brought them round the back of the house. When we opened the packs, however, there were no assembly instructions. Lots of pieces but no instructions! Full marks to Garden Street for replying to my email enquiry within minutes and attaching a PDF of the instructions. We just need to assemble the arch now!”

“Garden Street service was good overall, however the supplier of the bin store ordered responded slowly to the need to replace a broken end panel and getting a delivery update through Garden Street was difficult and delivery took longer than it should have.”

“Ordering was easy - nice website. Item was as expected and looks good. Price was the same as others. My only criticism was he length of time it took for delivery. It did arrive - just - within the time stated but nearly 3 weeks nowadays is a bit lengthy and, if others can do it, then surely this could be reduced?”

“The living roof wheelie bin enclosure is a very unusual item. You 'll need decent space to erect it ( I had to have joiner to do that part) but it is quite the large feature. I painted it blue and white as I live in front of a beach and garden is painted in same colours. Courtyard shared with 2 other households so 10 bins there. But now mine are beautifully hidden. Expensive at end of everything but now an eyesore has been replaced by an eye catching item. Job done.”

“The ease of ordering and the very high quality of the products was not matched by the experience of the carrier you chose to deliver the items. I was informed they would arrive on one day and stayed in to receive them - the tracking info said "out for delivery", then suddenly at 4pm that info changed to "in depot". It was another 3 days before I got the goods (it was a weekend) and the carrier's driver was a surly young man who was not keen to carry these heavy articles 5ft for me from right on the front doorstep to the garden position I wanted them in. I should add I'm a 69 year old female. I think you need to find a more amenable carrier.”
