“We're very happy with the shed. Only one extra hole needed to be drilled and one aluminium bar needed straightening. There were plenty of spare fasteners and the instructions were generally very easy to follow and the parts all clearly marked. The only thing that didn't go quite according to plan was the delivery. We weren't contacted in advance. Having missed the first attempted delivery we used the on-line system to re-arrange a convenient time. That was ignored but luckily we were in when the second attempt was made to deliver even though it was not the time we had requested.”

“The service was good, easy to order and my garden furniture was delivered within a few days. I was disappointed to find some damage after removing the packaging and I reported this imediately and got a quick response. Hopefully the damaged item will be replaced quickly, I have yet to find out. One negative point was the Maintenance Kit sold with the garden furniture, I have found this kit easily available very much cheaper and therefore I will be returning it within 14 days as per the sales agreement.”

“Ordering was normal for online and went fine with carrier contacting me and delivering well within the time quoted. This was for a ROWLINSON garden products double bin store. Carrier brought the two (large) packages to the door and made sure all was ok. Overall I would rate Garden Street as good to very good. The product from ROWLINSON was ok but somewhat disappointing. Well packed, well designed, instructions could be better. Lots of educated guesswork as to where to drill holes etc. two panels needed renailing as the slats were adrift. One hinge didn't have the holes properly punched out. When assembled the tolerance was too little and one lid is very much on the tight side. Will likely swell and need to be trimmed but force fit for now. Generally edges were ok but needed sanding off to avoid anyone getting splinters when using. Overall I would rate this product as average to poor.”
