“The order was easy to make and the delivery was quick. The two packs are heavy and the delivery driver kindly brought them round the back of the house. When we opened the packs, however, there were no assembly instructions. Lots of pieces but no instructions! Full marks to Garden Street for replying to my email enquiry within minutes and attaching a PDF of the instructions. We just need to assemble the arch now!”

“Garden Street service was good overall, however the supplier of the bin store ordered responded slowly to the need to replace a broken end panel and getting a delivery update through Garden Street was difficult and delivery took longer than it should have.”

“Ordering was easy - nice website. Item was as expected and looks good. Price was the same as others. My only criticism was he length of time it took for delivery. It did arrive - just - within the time stated but nearly 3 weeks nowadays is a bit lengthy and, if others can do it, then surely this could be reduced?”

“The living roof wheelie bin enclosure is a very unusual item. You 'll need decent space to erect it ( I had to have joiner to do that part) but it is quite the large feature. I painted it blue and white as I live in front of a beach and garden is painted in same colours. Courtyard shared with 2 other households so 10 bins there. But now mine are beautifully hidden. Expensive at end of everything but now an eyesore has been replaced by an eye catching item. Job done.”

“The ease of ordering and the very high quality of the products was not matched by the experience of the carrier you chose to deliver the items. I was informed they would arrive on one day and stayed in to receive them - the tracking info said "out for delivery", then suddenly at 4pm that info changed to "in depot". It was another 3 days before I got the goods (it was a weekend) and the carrier's driver was a surly young man who was not keen to carry these heavy articles 5ft for me from right on the front doorstep to the garden position I wanted them in. I should add I'm a 69 year old female. I think you need to find a more amenable carrier.”

“Happy with service and response from Garden Street staff, unfortunately I would not buy any item from Rowlinson sgain as I've been waiting for over 2 weeks for replacement parts, which were damaged in transit/on delivery. Garden Street staff have been trying in vain to track or find out if these parts have even been despatched, they have been keeping me updated constantly. I am hanging on in there as I beleive the staff will sort this problem for me.”

“I ordered 3 cadix middle envelope planter black, unfortunately they arrived damaged with cracks and chips in them. However I feel I was treated very fairly by Garden Street who dispatched 3 more on a pallet by a different company. Those 3 arrived in perfect order. Had the original order arrived on a pallet in excellent condition rather than damaged, I would have given five stars as I am very pleased with the product. Would use again.”

“I enquired about a rose arch which I eventually bought. I was worried about how the arch would stay in the ground, as it's very heavy and my last one blew away. I didn't get a reply, but I went ahead and bought it anyway, possibly stupidly, because I still don't think it will stay in the ground as it's only held in by 6 inch pins and the arch is extremely heavy. Having said this, it's a design fault, so I don't really know what customer service could have said other than 'don't buy it' !. The problem is with the product, not the customer service.”

“The 6 x 4 Mythos Greenhouse arrived quickly - it was not the easiest to put together but once assembled and in place it was fine - we bolted it to the base as it is quite a lightweight greenhouse - its a good greenhouse for a small space. Would use Garden Street again”

“The small plastic fence was what I thought it would be, as I had read reviews it did helped me to know this, because the picture does make it look better quality. I am happy with it for the reason I wanted it for, easy to put together and in ground, I did it on my own... a female!”
