“I ordered a Churnet Valley Cottage 3 Seater Arbour I provided my telephone number, requesting a prior delivery notification call. However, out of the blue and lucky to find me at home, the driver arrived at my door for sign-off, having unloaded in the wrong street! He apologised that he'd seen delivery instructions but without my phone number. Carrier's fault or yours? Either way, come on!!! He had to reload and move to where the item was needed. The item is less of an arbour and more of a hutch. Such a shame when a higher (about 1/2 metre) and deeper (about 1/4 metre) structure would have been ideal. Construction is much as expected for its intended use. Rational design would have produced a much more useful item with very little extra manufacturing cost.”

“Greenhouse looks great and the installation men were friendly. I haven't been able to check the window yet as waiting for the warmer weather. Having to use more sealant to seal the different wooden structure panels as the roof is letting in rain.”

“It arrived in a tall box and I had difficulty getting it out. I tried to keep the box in tact as so my son could safely transport it after Christmas, but sadly a large part of the top snapped off. Very upsetting, maybe it should come with a warning to cut the box rather than trying to slide it out.”

“Such a big greenhouse comes in such a small box hahah. I wanted to buy my partner a greenhouse for his birthday (his choice) and after looking at Google for days Garden Street came up. Looking through they had one he liked so ordered it then and there. It arrived a few weeks later and I set to work painting it before building it. The instructions were fine apart from the ones on how to vent operating hinges but I worked it out in the end. He is very happy with the quality of the product. I built it by my self and on some parts even with clamps it was tricky but I did it.”

“Excellent product, stores my bins beautifully. Opted to paint mine with a good wood paint (optional) and is looking very smart now. Only improvement would be an included prop to hold the lid open whilst depositing rubbish hence only 4*. I’ve improvised with a batten and it’s loads better now,”

“Good Relaxing Solid Swing Slightly spoiled by minor damage and delivery was a day later than courier arranged. Takes 1ltr of furnature oil to cover all surfaces. Which it tells you to do. I added cover under roof to keep water & sun off, Also fitted rubber feet to the legs so it does not soak up water & bought cushions & made a couple of foot stools. Overall Very Pleased & It Won't Go Rusty.”

“The product is great. I love the new table. The downfall was the delivery. There was an email from Garden Street to say it has been passed onto the courier. I had no contact from the courier at all as was expected to be advised of the delivery. When I returned from 4 days away it had arrived. Thankfully a friend was staying at the house so let them in.”

“We bought a Rowlinson Dartmouth Swing Seat from Garden Street (who were offering the best price on this seat). Unfortunately the quality of the Rowlinson kit fell far short of what we were expecting but Garden Street was very helpful in obtaining replacements for the many faulty parts in the kit. We would happily buy again from Garden Street as their customer service was excellent.”

“Ordered a parasol pergola online as it was the best price at the time of searching. We were well updated on delivery and the delivery man took the package into the back garden garage for us which was most useful. The pergola itself was a bit tricky to erect due to size and number of people needed. I think the packaging could have been better/stronger as a few bars that slot over other bars with a seal were so tight that a few bends on the bars had to be straightened out for it to fit. I think the square hollow tubes could have done with some plastic covers to protect them better and stop them going out of shape. The other negative is common with flat packs the some of the Allen key screw heads were soft when fixing it together. Overall for the price we seem to have a reasonably sturdy pergola which covers most of the patio and the parasol is easy to open, close and tuck up when not in use.”
