“Ordered Rowlinson corner Haven arbour,arrived on the day told,well packaged all pieces there. Assembly quite easy just needed some help with the heavy pieces,no problems. Would recommend Garden Street,prices very good.”

“Excellent product as I knew what I was ordering, arrived exceptionally well packed, unfortunately though there was no communication as to when this item would be delivered, which was rather slow in arriving. I did go on their website to track the item, but for some reason it wasn't updated at all, wording just continually said, in progress. Fortunately, we were at home when it arrived. Apart from that very good website, which I am sure I shall use again in the future, thanks.”

“Overall a very good service,the item arrived within the allotted time, we were advised by text the slot the next day it was to arrive and a phone cal to say they were 15 minutes away. Couriers were efficient and polite, altogether well done.”

“Delivered on time. Easy assembly on my own. Only small grumble is the mating screw holes could have been pre-drilled instead of my having to drill very pilot hole. Looks great and is strong and robust when anchored with 75mm post stakes.”

“330ltr. Composter is very good value for money paid....Could be slightly thicker material on side walls by another 1mm, but if it put the cost up by a little amount it would be worth it. The design is clean, smooth and practical...A good tip: I fixed this with stainless steel screws around the rim to two industrial workshop plastic grill foot mats. this not only holds it firm but also lets nature do its thing through access holes to ground soil. Mr 'W' from Plymouth.”

“The product (a pergola) is great, no issues whatsoever. The problem was that it arrived without the fixings pack, i.e. just the wood parts, so these had to be posted to me, which was done very quickly. Main gripe is that you didn't deliver on the day you said you would. I arranged my work so that I would be home to receive delivery, but it came the day before and was left outside my house. No real problem with that other than that if you had delivered when you said, I would have noticed the missing parts and they may have been on the van all along... Another observation - you make a point of attaching a note to the product saying it has been photographed before leaving your premises, but that clearly didn't stop some key parts from being missing.”

“The picnic bench was great value at under £100. The seats and table top were pre-built and of decent quality. Construction was straightforward following the instructions, although I used extra screws to strengthen the braces. On the negative side, the legs were "green" and oozing resin from a few gaps in the grain. I'm not sure I would have expected this even from something so reasonably priced.”

“I would like to say that garden street were very helpful. However the item a party arbor was very very poor. The build quality was zero the roof fell apart on construction and I shall be looking to return the item asap and get a fefund. So disappointed with the quality having spent some time researching.”

“I found all aspects of the service efficient. The one negative point was that on assembly, I found a screw could not be lined up with its hole, having tried for many hours. I then forced it through which resulted in a small area of splitting of the wood. This was disappointing. Michael Clapper”

“Prior to ordering the Rowlinson Large Log Store I had downloaded the assembly instructions from the Rowlinson (Rowgar) website so I knew what to expect. I was disappointed to find that the version I received differed in several ways to the one shown on the instructions: instead of the two back panels arriving already constructed I had to nail on each slat across the back - 22 in all. Also the L-brackets (for extra stability) were no longer included. Both of these made it more difficult to keep the log store square while building. The above differences are I'm sure down to Rowlinson rather than Garden Street, who fulfilled their part very well.”
