“The wooden patio set arrived within 8 days rather than the advertised 3-5 days. The product looks to be good quality and assembly was straight forward, now awaiting for rain to stop before to use the product.”

“We are delighted with our shire shiplap garden store. we have just moved & downsized & this store is ideal in the garden for our tools, rather than having to keep going out to the garage. very sturdy & well made & pretty easy to assemble.”

“Good product and delivered within the timescales. Note however that delivery is not by mutal agreemtent, but dictated by the courier which might not always be convenient.”

“The gazebo was very well made and we are happy with it. Unfortunately the assembly instructions were useless. The photos were blurred and unintelligible and the written instructions and diagrams required a magnifying glass to see them ,but even at that they were unintelligible also”

“Happy with Gazebo which is good quality and competitively priced. The only thing stopping a 5 star review was the item which is very heavy was delivered by one man. He struggled to lift it by himself and as a result could not remove it from the van without risk of damaging item. We had to help lift it into the house.”

“Ordered an item that turned out to be unobtainable for several weeks. I was informed very promptly and offered a full refund. This was paid equally promptly, so I am a happy bunny. Very impressed with the prompt personal service and efficient handling of the problem.”

“No pre drilled fixing holes. The back panels were hard to screw together because the corner bracing pieces got in the way of the screwdriver and one of the doors was warped and therefore sticks out at the bottom corner”

“Excellent customer service. Efficient fast delivery of garden storage shed. Exactly as advertised. Not extra robust but certainly does what it says in the tin ! Assembly not complicated but needs time.....top tip....wear gloves ! Altogether very happy with my purchase ! John”
