“Excellent communication and advice from Dave despite my numerous phone calls when trying to decide which Green house to buy!! 5 Stars for that! !😊...As yet it hasn't been built due to poor weather so can't comment on the finished article. One thing I'm def NOT happy about is having to pay £100 delivery on top of actual greenhouse price...when a few miles away get free delivery😠....No other company has charged me delivery to my location before so that felt a bit of a rip off. ..1 Star for that..😕”

“Had just mentioned to partner that the quality of product seemed really good when we discovered the shelving was unpinned (as per photo). Overall very pleased, as we managed to solve the problem fairly easily ourselves.”

“Easy to order and very quick delivery. Easy to erect, the only problem is the facia should be champerd. As the shed and the sunroom are separated, The instructions should be made clear that the roof felting , must be left to the end and not applied individually.”

“Bought a wooden playhouse for the grandchildren. Delivery was when stated, and all parts included. Only criticism is that the magnetic door catch isn't strong enough, apart from that I am very pleased with it.”

“Customer service is second to none. I would have given 5 stars but had to purchase screws and nails due to the ones provided being of poor quality, several screws lost heads and as did nails! The glass sheets were also glued together with some sinky mouldy paper. Whole product is finally up and fine.”

“Product is fanstastic and a really good price in comparison to other organisations. The delivery service however is incredibly disappointing. Its outsourced to another company who tell you the delivery date, offer no alternative and take no liability for leaving deliveries outside of properties even if you've advise the delivery date and or location is not suitable unless someone is in to accept the delivery.”

“Rated as good because they kept us advised & offered alternatives when they realised that the wardrobe we ordered was not in stock after all & was not available from their suppliers. Concequently we never purchased a wardrobe. Full refund was accepted.”

“Communication on delivery was excellent, although I would add your lorries need air conditioning to stop the driver whingeing. It would be better to have pre-drilled holes for fixing, then nothing could be fitted wrong. and also better instructions with photos you can easily see. I fitted 2 handles to the sides for lifting after completion as it weighs a tonne once complete. Pretty substantial, but time will tell once the weather conditions take effect. Overall good product.”

“I would have given 5 stars, if order tracking could provide better update. For two weeks, it remain unchanged as GS didn't get the update from the supplier/manufacturer. Overall I am happy with the price, service and support. Thanks”
