“Ordered a dining table, which arrived within the timetable as provided by garden street. The table was as described and for a better price than elsewhere. I was very pleased with the service received and would happily use them again.”

“We ordered a sideboard, which we are very happy with. However several parts were broken which was not apparent until the product was nearly fully assembled. Fortunately this did not prevent it from being functional, despite the side panels for each drawer being snapped.”

“I shopped around for this sofa and Garden Street was the best price. Sofa arrived, pleasant delivery men, put together straight away with no problem. Happy days! Looks nice in my living room. Would definitely shop here again.”

“Garden street to deal with good but ordered bin store but damaged on edges on inspection in van and packed badly No protection to edges so unfortunately Had to return it On saying that no problem getting a refund”

“Thankfully this is a very positive review. I ordered 2 sets of garden furniture as the price was much cheaper than local garden centres. Then I read the other reviews online and started to worry. No concerns at all, goods were delivered within a week and in perfect condition. The only reason I'm giving 4 and not 5 stars is due to the delivery company who wouldn't bring the goods round to the back of the house and left them on front drive. However this won't stop me from ordering from Garden Street again and I would recommend.”

“I was able to do some of the initial steps on my own, although it does require a two person operation for most of the construction. Assembly is quick and relatively easy, with the instructions taking you clearly through each step. Although initially appearing very flimsy, once constructed the shed looks and feels robust and solid. I have found that having the shed on a perfectly flat surface is vitally important. During the night the ground I had prepared had obviously settled, meaning that the doors are now a little difficult to close, but this hopefully should be resolved by levelling out the ground again. The shed appears to offer good value for money in comparison to its rivals, and hopefully should give many years of service.”

“Good elegant sturdy product - as advertised thanks 5/5 I clearly asked to be phoned re delivery time and date as heavy objects and was assured I would receive a call in advance from courier , but was very disappointed to suddenly find six heavy packs leaning against front of my garage when I had just popped in to check on elderly neighbour so 3/5 for courier service Luckily no packs were damaged thanks”

“Great product. Very happy with the bench. The only thing I can criticize is... I think it could have been packadge better. As it was a courier that delivered the item. When it got delivered the bag was split and contents moved about. However the items was not damaged. If it was in a strong box then I think it will be resolved and a better delivery. Still happy with the bench and will recommend to others.”

“The item was delivered when I expected it, as I had paid for next day delivery. The item itself is great, the instructions it came with, completely useless! Not even Google helped, it was alot of trial and error.”

“The product was delivered within a reasonable time but had some minor damage and it was not as advertised. I raised this with the company who immediately acknowledged my email and responded very quickly. They were unable to replace as no more in stock so offered for the item to be returned however I wanted to keep it so we agreed some compensation which was duly paid to the account used for payment. Unfortunate experience on using this company for the first time however I am happy with how they have handled my issue.”

“Very pleased with the wardrobe. Wasn’t contacted by deliverer to confirm date of delivery so I was out. It was taken to a neighbour and it wasn’t easy carrying two very heavy boxes back to my house. Also no card was left at my house to say where it had been delivered to.”

“Pleased with product. My only issue is with the instructions. Very poor. The table wasn’t difficult to put together but had to take apart after putting parts on wrong way round. Clearer instruction would’ve made the process quicker. Apart from that all good.”

“Best price on the net, lost a star for communication, had to chase up on the 14th day to see where it was, arrived two days after. Very pleased with the item though. And the chaop who delivered it spot on.”
