I was advised that the item was out of stock so delivery would be a few days away. I was supposed to be contacted regarding delivery but this did not happen. I was out when delivery was made and was advised by phone that the item would be left under the car. Not very satisfactory.

Lack of quality control resulted in a poor standard of size and finish and a colour which was totally different from the photograph on the website. The response to my complaint was basically, that's the way they make them, so stop complaining.

After not receiving my item 9 days after ordering on a 3-5 day delivery I contacted Garden street who promised to ring back that afternoon. I received no call back and then a week later I had a very disgruntled delivery driver ring me asking why I wasn’t in to receive my item, when I’d had no notification that I was going to receive any delivery that day!

Ordered a product, paid and told few days later the product was unavailable. No problem getting a refund but feel it is unacceptable to display a product for sale on their website which is not available. It is also not enough to blame the supplier, the retailer has to take full responsibility for their own website. Hopefully they will address this problem to not affect future consumers

Item was unfortunately delivered damaged. I had emails regarding replacement of the damaged part, asking me to provide a part number (not sure why I had to do this) but ten days later I still do not have a replacement and my latest email chasing has not received a reply.

Received Gazebo, however some of the parts do not fit together. Called customer service 6 times now. Been told twice replacement pieces on way. Then got told they tried to deliver, We were home and never a delivery. A month later, Now have been told, no replacement parts will be sent out, instead a Mod Kit Fix Kit will be sent out. Feel very disappointed. This should be the manufacturers job to send the correct pieces and not mine to modify parts with a fix kit.. some pieces of metal don’t even have the threads in the holes to screw pieces together. Not happy

I order my garden furniture being told that the item was in stock and would be delivered in 2-5 days, and someone would contact me to arrange delivery. Over a week passed with nothing from the company, so I chased and got a response saying oh sorry item is out of stock now, you'll be contacted when item is back in stock. Another 1.5 weeks pass and still no contact, so I chase again and get told not to worry item back in soon and someone will contact me to arrange delivery day. A few days pass and I had to go home from work early due to another reason, and guess what it turns up that day. With no contact whatsoever from delivery. Sheer luck I was home. `Customer Service is not good! Least I finally got the item though.

Called to give details for delivery 1 day prior. Driver arrived not having received from customer services. Therefore left again. Missed asse.bling my shed during bank holiday weekend. Still pending delivery

I ordered a table set expecting delivery to be 3-5 days (or to have at least heard from someone). When I contacted them they said the set wouldn’t be back in stock until the end of the month (2 weeks after I made the order). When the end of the month came and I hadn’t heard from anyone I called again and was told it still wasn’t back in stock. The next day it was delivered without any warning - luckily I was home. Poor communication. It still needs to be unpacked so fingers crossed it’s all there with no damage.

The item took two weeks to arrive instead of the 2 to 5 days indicated on the website. The legs of the table are of substantial different height which makes it impossible to use and there is some dents on one of the legs. It's now been 6 days since I sent the complaint and I still have no information of what is going to happen apart from an email mentioning that the centre is trying to contact the supplier. Surely it does not take that long to get an answer? I have now purchased the table & chairs 3 weeks ago, I can't use them and have no feedback of when the issue is going to be solved.

Ordered a pair of gates with a 3-7 working day delivery (or be contacted with a delivery date within this time). Had to chase the delivery up 4 times after the 7 working days and kept being told ring back in a couple of days, I’m trying to run a business and this is know good to me. Finally with a bit of pressure I managed to get them 14 days later. Ordered on the 5th received them on the 29th. Won’t be using or recommending garden street again.

I wanted some fence panels and I rang up to ask what the delivery date would be before placing the order. When you go to the trouble of asking the specific question it is expected that the answer will be accurate. This was not the case. It is quite different if goods are to be delivered on an unknown date in mid June to a delivery expected before Easter.

ordered Thursday 4th April, promised delivery following Tuesday 9th April, delivery failed to materialise. Next delivery date 3weeks later 29th April. all with no discussion or choice so I cancelled the order.

Ordered fencing, lots of nails missing, had to bang the nails in as they weren't in properly, gaps in the panelling where they shouldn't be, ok but wouldn't buy again. Delivery chap nice but late and didn't contact me until 45 mins after the delivery time.
