“Dear Garden Street we are very pleased with the arch we ordered from you. Delivery was much quicker than stated and the arch looks great in our garden. It was easy to assemble and all components were delivered together along with instructions on how to assemble. Overall we are very pleased with the service received from Garden Street. Thank You.”

“Not much communication after placing the order. Didn’t know when it would arrive. It was delivered by Palram but should they have confirmed delivery? Product description on the Garden Street website was not very detailed, so it was a bit hit or miss whether it would be suitable.”

“The instructions were not very clear particularly concerning roof assembly and where wet through as the bag was split had to dry it out in the oven However we love the end result”

“Sorry I can not rate your service has I haven’t received the shed yet, I was told it would be 3-4 weeks, and I ordered it on the 8th of June so that’s, only 3weeks tomorrow, but I haven’t heard anything at all, I don’t suppose you could check up the delivery date could you please ?”

“Not impressed!! Paid £949 for goods supposedly in stock. Emailed them a week later as still showing as ‘processing order’. Email ignored so after another 10 days contacted them through Facebook, eventually told that the goods were in fact not in stock! Yes they refunded without question but they had my £949 for 3 weeks for goods they said they had got in stock when they hadn’t. They won’t answer the phone as they are getting a high volume of calls - I wonder why!! They ignore emails ... do yourself a favour and shop elsewhere.”

“Palram SkyLight Plastic Anthracite Apex Shed 6X8 Excellent item. It was hard to assemble it on a windy day but we got through it. The garden is complete with it so happy 😀”

“When things don't always go to plan, you hope that assistance is there to help. This happened with our Garden Street order. A vital piece of our consignment was broken. We took pictures and sent them to Garden Street who acknowledged our issue immediately and within a week the replacement part had arrived. Care had obviously been taken to ensure the replacement part was not similarly damaged; the packaging was strong, secure and supported the vulnerable areas. So, a big thank you to Garden Street for your top quality post-delivery customer care and attention. No quibble, no hassle - just got on with it and extremely well done.”

“Garden store chest was just what I needed to tidy away my pots, trays etc. Was really a two person job but I managed with propping sections against step ladders. Most difficult, without help, was the hinged lid but “where there’s a will there’s a way!””
