“Our order was completed and delivered within the times stated. The quality of packing and the timber is very good, instructions satisfactory. When unpacked the wood of one planter was very wet.but dried out within a few hours. All three planters appear as expected and once placed in the garden will certainly get rained on. We like them.”

“My bad experience relates entirely to the courier firm. I appreciate this is a separate company however you employ them therefor they are a representation of Garden Street. The lady on the phone was rude, cocky and completely unable to apply a degree of common sense. The delivery was missing one package and they called my mobile at 07:45pm on a Saturday morning to redeliver... Totally unreasonable!”
