“Unfortunately my order was lost and I had to chase delivery. Once found, it was sorted swiftly and I'm sure it was a genuine mistake but it was still disappointing. But the quality of the product is good and I'm pleased with my mini-greenhouse.”

“Quick service from order to delivery. However I was allocated a delivery date of the 11 12 17 which I changed over the telephone to the 13 12 17 as I would not be at home. Attempts were still made to deliver on the 11 12 17 and I received a call from the driver on the 11 12 17 when I was out of area and not best placed to receive a call. I reaarranged with the driver and item duly turned up on the 13 12 17. Not the driver's issue but a loss in communication somewhere along the way!”

“I needed 3 tins of paint (same brand and size) but all were different colours. The web site couldn’t apply the discount but when I called the young man I spoke with was excellent. He helped me in a most polite and efficient manner. Paint arrived in 2 days. Perfect!”
