“Item arrived on day stated and was delivered in good condition. I was very disappointed though that when delivery was being arranged, I was only offered an all day delivery and then was told that even on the day the driver would be unable to contact me to say that he/she would be there in next hour or so. This is a poor delivery service offer compared to other providers and would not be of any use if I was working away from home that day. So, not sure I'd use this company again if the delivery arrangements continued to be as they were offered.”
