“The bench that I ordered arrived faulty but Garden Street were absolutely brilliant in acknowledging the issue and sending a replacement (with the faulty one being exchanged at the same time) within a matter of days. The new bench is perfect. Would definitely use this company again. Their customer services instills confidence, which unfortunately in my experience does not happen with a lot of other online shops.”

“Took delivery of my summerhouse today. All looks in order and of good quality, won't be built til the spring,but I'm sure it'll look fantastic (I'll send a pic) when it is finished. Driver was really helpful and pleasant, and was there in good time.”

“Garden Street are reliable! We purchased a medium sideboard and a nest of tables! great value and a lovely edition to our home! The only downfall was that the nest of tables came broken (NO FAULT OF GARDEN STREET) The supplier (CORE PRODUCTS) didn't quality check the product well enough before sending BUT Garden Street were very helpful and ensured one was delivered within 2 days of receiving the broken goods!! 100% will use again and 100% recommend to friend!!!”

“Very clear and informative website backed up by excellent personal service helping to clarify a design feature on the Haven Corner Arbour. Ordered and delivered very quickly, ahead of site preparation delayed by winter weather. So I cannot comment on the actual product at this time.”
