“A "very good" rating became "good" because the website promised a phone call to arrange delivery, a week in advance. The phone call only came when the driver advised that he was at the bottom of the drive, and I was on holiday 200 miles away!. I then had to rely on a helpful neighbour to assist. The delivery was made successfully a week ahead of schedule, packaging was very good.”

“Doors on the shed were cracked, but were quickly replaced. Was disappointed that it did not come with a floor Overall was very happy with the product”

“Garden Street customer service team were very helpful. There were some issues with my delivery, but that was a problem with their supplier, rather than Garden Street. All ended happily and I am pleased overall.”

“Double wheelie bin store. Really good quality and sturdy. Well worth the money. Some don't have back panels and this is the only one I found with a full back panel. Easy to understand instructions and fairly easy to put together. Looks good and definatley recommend it. Delivered as agreed. Very good service”

“I ordered a bbq and I received a thermometer!! However, they corrected the mistake very fast and I had the BBQ delivered on time. They apologised for the error and were very efficient in correcting it.”

“Ordered a double bin store, order and delivery went well. Delivery company happy to rearrange delivery date as we were on holidays. However instructions to assemble product weren't very clear and not easy to put together. There was also a piece missing and we had to purchase some timber locally. However once the product had been assembled we were very pleased.”

“Easy to find and order Shire shed. Spoke to customer service to confirm delivery details and had no problems. Delivered within a week. Driver was courteous and helpful. Some minor issues with holes cracks in panels but this was the manufacturer not GardenStreets fault. Once built was very happy with the look of it. Overall a good purchase and happy to buy from Garden Street”

“Brilliant Everclear crocodile wellies but Yodel were dreadful so I've given a lower score. They put 2 cards through the door with no date or time. They didn't phone beforehand like they promised. They claimed they'd been 3 times but there was no evidence of this. I'll never use them again.”

“Very efficient service and delivery exactly on day stated. Some of quality of product could have been improved as quite a few splits in panels due to poor fixing locations. Still to erect so cannot as yet comment on the ease of this process”
