“Easy to order and quick delivery. Have not used product yet so cannot comment on that.”

“The website was easy to use. A request to briefly defer delivery due to a short holiday all worked. However, the carrier arrived unannounced while we were out and left a card with the wrong package number on it. The depot phone rang unanswered and the carrier's website gave only a premium phone number which I had to use to reorganise the delivery which was then successfully made. Suggest you change the carrier!”

“Very pleased with the Gazebo now that it is up correctly. We found the instructions a little confusing as the drawing on the front of the instructions is incorrect somewhat. However our queries were dealt with very efficiently. Thank you”

“When I contacted Garden Street to check the progress on my order the staff member was very polite and helpful. The only criticism was the delivery time was excessive. I was pleased with the product when it arrived.”

“Great price, great service, unfortunately let down by using Yodel for deliveries.... Item received with 3 pieces damaged beyond use, and although were replaced by manufacturers, led to a further week delay in receiving complete product. Would have been 5 stars if Yodel were not in the equation.”
