“very happy with summerhouse and the delivery. one of the window plastic had a slight crack in it tho but was put to the bottom and you cant really see it.overal very good service tho and summer house is good ty”

“My item arrived damaged but they did send a replacement part out which was good. I would of given 5 stars but the delivery of the original item took far too long. I ordered it on the 24th May and it got delivered 11 working days later.”

“Very fast delivery. There was a part sent that was faulty and it was replaced in a weeks time. The bike store is well made, and took about 2 hours to assemble.”

“Service was very good quick delivery haven't used the sealer yet as it needs to be dry for 48hrs after applying it. Perhaps when winter gets here I can get it on :-)”

“The shelf came well packaged and quick post. Shelf looks basic but sturdy. I will have to wait and see how it fits the shed as I have to wait another three weeks from supplier for the shed. Shelf made of corrugated plastic for strength.”

“Very impressed with this summerhouse. It is made of good quality materials with straightforward assembly instructions and the completed article is exactly what we wanted. I wouldn't hesitate recommending this summerhouse to others. I was disappointed with the delivery firm however who gave me an hour's notice that they were coming with it and I struggled to get back in time so they left it on my driveway in pieces and I didn't end up signing the delivery note.”

“The Shed is up, painted & looking brill the only thing was the roof system - it needs more support. Calling us with date etc was great but the delivery company did not confirm times & left us twiddling our thumbs for hours. I think this is Gardenstreets problem not mine to sort out with delivery company. After saying that the driver was brilliant & really helped out.”

“The website was easy to use. A request to briefly defer delivery due to a short holiday all worked. However, the carrier arrived unannounced while we were out and left a card with the wrong package number on it. The depot phone rang unanswered and the carrier's website gave only a premium phone number which I had to use to reorganise the delivery which was then successfully made. Suggest you change the carrier!”
