“Good item, does what it says on the box. Fairly easy to put together and seems sturdy enough. Re. delivery, first delivery came and was the wrong item. Delivery company apologised on behalf of the seller and advised us of new delivery date. It would have been nice to have had communication or an apology simply by email from the seller acknowledging this as we did have to wait in on 2 separate occasions for deliveries but we never heard direct from them.”

“Arrived on time. All parts fitted together well but instructions would have been useful for non-D.I.Yers. Looks good in the gardens and has attracted many admiring glances. Someone even told me they had compost bin envy. Praise indeed for a compost bin !”

“Very happy with the goods purchased. Delivery guy very helpful, but I wasn't given any prior warning of the delivery day or time and the goods arrived much earlier than expected, possibly due to the coming easter break.”

“Areas that were Good: 1.At the time of looking the price for the fence panels I wanted were the best I could find. 2.The Delivery came on the expected time within the specified time slot. 3.Delivery man kindly put them on the driveway Areas to improve: 1.The fence panels we considerably dirty and some minor damage to parts (this could either be down to how and where they are stored at the warehouse or during transit to customer) 2. It would be good to receive a text message informing when the delivery is an hour away 3. The delivery driver would definitely benefit from having a helper to unload items”

“Shed fitted together well. Reasonably good value for money. Good delivery with polite and helpful delivery man. Small problems so not quite 5 star. 1) Felt nails to short. 2) No outside door bolt.Hole in parts bag ? 3) Door edges damaged. This was the tongue and grove section probably damaged in handling.”

“Only one thing your delivery instructions state that the delivery firm would contact the buyer before delivery. This did not happen and I was out. I have good neighbour's. Other than that everything else was fine.”
