“Very pleased with product overall - main reason could not (unfortunately ) give 5 stars was that had to asked for replacement parts for wrong parts supplied .There was also one or two quirky design elements in the product .This is strong and will properly last for some time.”

“This would have been very good had your delivery company informed us of the aprox. time of delivery . I had to email yourselves and received a quick reply. The delivery company text the day after the delivery date.”

“Shed is fine, came when it should have, is pleasant to look at but a lot smaller than I thought it would be, we had measured it in relation to our bikes before buying, but was still surprised. The images on the web must show it with children's bikes in it, which is very misleading. Wanted it for adult bikes and it's a real pain to have to bend them to fit them in - one of them is always falling over on me when I get the other one out. I wish there was a rule about putting a ruler or other measuring thing in a picture so customers can gauge the real size. How many other people are caught out in this way?”

“Delivery was fine, within acceptable timescales. Product was self assembly, instructions were a little difficult to follow but all relevant parts were included including some spares. Overall I was pleased with the service and product”

“Very good service, item arrived on time. However, driver quite rude as he couldn't find the delivery address, which was clearly stated on label. He actually swore, but I put this down to his frustration in finally finding the address.”

“Good quality item that arrived quickly. Instructions very slightly misleading, on more than one occassion we needed to use a drill to affix the screws rather than the screwdriver mentioned on the instrucions.”
