“Goods were dispatched swiftly, however the address on the package was a little vague (full company details provided) therefore the delivery was rejected by security and returned to the carriers. Some confusion arose regarding re-delivery and we had to make a few chaser calls but eventually goods were received a week later. Customer services were polite in trying to resolve the issue and were not opposed to offering a full refund if we wanted to cancel the order (both the carrier and seller said the delivery address error was not their fault). That said, the price paid was the most competitive at the time and we are very happy with the product. Would consider using Garden Street again.”

“My overall score of good service solely refers to the service offered by your website and the follow up by your staff including the speedy delivery of installation instructions plus screws etc. Regarding the quality of the Rowlinson bin storage unit I am extremely disappointed. The unit is extremely difficult to assemble due to absence of necessary pridrilled holes, and the weak wooden construction materials. The supplier good learn a lot from IKEA in this respect. I trust you pass on my comments to the supplier. Jakob van Klinken”

“Whilst the arbour arrived a little later than expected, the delivery people were very apologetic explaining that they had a busy schedule. They were very cheerful when unloading even though delivery was after 6pm.”

“Service overall was excellent, communication and email info , scheduled delivery did not take place as delivery van broke down, however they delivered at next available date Have some reservations with the product ............ Well made and sturdy but the instructions were not not too clear at times.. After assembling the product discovered it would have been better set and fixed onto a wooden plinth in order to stop it from moving once erect. Advice prior to assembling would have been useful”

“Very good service from Garden Street. After sales advice and support excellent. Only thing that lets them down is the courier service. Very frustrating for customers not knowing delivery day, then having to travel miles to collect goods.”
