“The item was delivered when I expected it, as I had paid for next day delivery. The item itself is great, the instructions it came with, completely useless! Not even Google helped, it was alot of trial and error.”

“The product was delivered within a reasonable time but had some minor damage and it was not as advertised. I raised this with the company who immediately acknowledged my email and responded very quickly. They were unable to replace as no more in stock so offered for the item to be returned however I wanted to keep it so we agreed some compensation which was duly paid to the account used for payment. Unfortunate experience on using this company for the first time however I am happy with how they have handled my issue.”

“Very pleased with the wardrobe. Wasn’t contacted by deliverer to confirm date of delivery so I was out. It was taken to a neighbour and it wasn’t easy carrying two very heavy boxes back to my house. Also no card was left at my house to say where it had been delivered to.”

“Quality of wood good but the locks were wonky or damaged so had to replace , system was down 2 days in row but overall happy”

“Pleased with product. My only issue is with the instructions. Very poor. The table wasn’t difficult to put together but had to take apart after putting parts on wrong way round. Clearer instruction would’ve made the process quicker. Apart from that all good.”

“Best price on the net, lost a star for communication, had to chase up on the 14th day to see where it was, arrived two days after. Very pleased with the item though. And the chaop who delivered it spot on.”

“Best price around for my garden shed. Delivered in three days but only notified of delivery late afternoon, the day before, so too late to change the date. Also 8am to 6pm delivery time slot. Wasn't in but shed left in the front garden. Fortunately no one walked off with it (flatpacked and being 6x3 foot and 40 Kg would put most off). To be honest, glad they left it rather than organise another day. All good though. No damage and shed looks great and sturdy.”

“Prompt delivery and a good product. The original roof panel was damaged but a replacement was organised with no quibbles. Would have awarded 5 stars if the assembly instructions had been simpler & clearer.”
