No delivery for stated time. Enquired after nearly 3 weeks and was told it will be another 14 days! No communication- refund requested. Recommend a better way of communicating to customers.

Part missing, long wait to answer the phone, no contact made as to when part would be delivered. You need to improve on your customer service.

We ordered 4 trellises but only received 1- when I phoned Agriframes they apologised and spoke to Garden Street and arranged a delivery of the 3 missing frames. Very happy with them once they arrived

This garden arbor is very badly prepared. Very poor quality. Not worth the money . Very disappointed as we had to basically strip it down and rebuild it .

Order arrived with less than half the screws and a piece of wood missing from one back panel. Wood store was easy enough to put together, but there are no pre drilled holes, so you need drill bits as well as screw drivers.

When I ordered the item from Garden Street the delivery time was given as 1-5 working days but the item did not arrive for 11 days and this was after 2 phone calls to see where our purchase was.

The flat pack frame did not screw together properly with the boxes too small to have full length frame lengths. No base included.

Product showing in stock and around 3 days delivery, turns out it wan’t in stock and took 9 working days. Had lots of issues with Rowlinsons product which are slowly getting sorted, would not buy any more of their products and still waiting for final resolution of my issues. 3 day shift after ordering I rang to enquire about approx delivery date and promised a ring back which never happened.

I ordered a triple bin store online. Delivery was 3-5 working days. Heard nothing for 9 days then called Garden Street customer service who said I should have been contacted by the delivery company and would chase it up for me and get back to me the same day. Heard nothing. Called again the following day, now 10 days late, only to be told the item was out of stock! Very poor service. I won't be using this company again. Bought same product online and it was delivered within 3 days!

the fault was not with Garden street but with the supplier of the shed (mercia) unpacked the shed parts checked against instruction manual and found 18 Pieces missing all the fixings, in the instruction manual the items had a cross next to parts that were not in the packaging so could not build the shed so sent it back for a full refund

Product was fine but we were let down badly on delivery. Had to chase delivery date then told product was out of stock but when ordered it was in stock! Then product arrived without warning. Poor information considering modern technology.

We received the rocking chair by courier earlier this month. We started to assemble the chair and discovered that plugs did not fit smoothly into the holes. In addition one of the holes at the bottom of the legs was too big for the screws that were provided meaning that we could not attach one of the rockers. Because the holes were out of line with the plugs this caused one of the legs to split slightly when starting to attach the rocker. We reported the screw issue to Matthew at Leisure Grow. He asked us for video evidence!! Evidence was provided over 2 weeks ago. We have received messages from Matthew advising that a larger screw will be sent to us but this has not arrived. Please can you come and collect the chair that has been provided as it is faulty and provide us with a new one? The service has not been acceptable so far. We can see that a chair that fits together and screws up will be very nice so that is what we require please. Regards Andrew Fagg 07720353866

Initially, I was very pleased. The item arrived when it was supposed to. But, parts didn't fit together, which rendered it unfit for purpose. The lady who dealt with our complaint was very helpful, but we've been trying in vain to talk to the technical person about this, but he seems very illusive. I needed this item for a large family event at the end of this week. Sadly, I can't use it.

As I live on my own I had emailed to request that the shed be taken down the side of my house into my back garden or if that wasn’t possible to give me a different delivery date when I could arrange help. I was very annoyed that the delivery guys didn’t even ring the doorbell and just dumped the shed, propped against my front porch, shoving the delivery note (which should have been signed) through my door. Yet I had taken the day off to be there! Upon inspection two large panels are faulty and need replacing and I understand I have to arrange disposal of the faulty ones. The women in customer services are very friendly and obliging but the delivery and product are disappointing.

Extremely disappointed with the customer service. It has now been three weeks since we placed our order and we have still had no communication to tell us when our shed will be delivered. We will wait a further 48hrs to see if anything happens and then cancel our order and find a more reputal and reliable supplier!

Online shopping was easy enough and I got to choose a delivery slot which was convenient. When the delivery truck arrived late with no notice given. The Play House was not packaged together. The driver did not have a trolley and had I not carried the parts into the back garden with him I'm not sure weather he would have just dropped them in front of the house.

Still waiting for order , told checking carrier , only to find out of stock and now have to wait until the week of 5th July , ordered 6th June , what would have happened if I hadn’t chased my order ! Delivery was 5days . No mention on website that not in stock !

Have ordered furniture twice. Both times the delivery period expired and when I called to request an update I was told item out of stock. Waste of time.
