I didn't get my order after 3 weeks, which would have been fine if I had an email to let me know there was a delay. I had to actually chase up and in the end I cancelled my order as no feedback.

I would like to write a review, however, since I have been waiting 3weeks for a delivery I have nothing to review on. 1. 7 - 10 days delivery time 2. Then 14 days delivery time 3. At 15 days, request a cancellation and a refund. Still no reply I understand these are difficult times, but even so, my item as been 'awaiting despatch' for 3 weeks. Hope you can understand my frustration. Thank you

At the time of writing this review I have not received my shed, communication has been minimal with the only updates provided in response to questions I have asked regarding delivery. I ordered my shed on the 19th April and the I voice stated delivery within 7-14 days. I'm writing this review on the 09th May and still haven't got a shed or a delivery date. I'm giving the benefit of doubt due to the companies good reviews prior to lockdown. Hopefully I will receive my shed by the 15th May before I will be cancelling my order and getting my hard earned cash back 🤞🤞.

The item i was asked to review (which hadn't arrived) i have just been informed that it isnt arriving ! They have made an error and have none in stock but it has taken them 3 weeks to inform me of this, poor service, please read other reviews as they have very similar stories, and still awaiting my refund! With no communication, just choose to ignore customers as an option, Disgusting service , don't shop here!

Unfortunately the packages were open one side and the plants were dry and battered. Packaging needs to be looked at. I wouldn't buy again - sorry.

Have received a damaged item, after trying to blame the carriers when it was clear it was damaged before packing we are still waiting to find out about a replacement after many emails. Offered a measly £16 off to keep it but collecting the item & sending a replacement would cost 3 times that as bulky item Not sure who is making the decisions absolute nonsense to me but we will be returning when we eventually hear back A very frustrated customer!

Very disappointed in garden Street. I ordered a Item which was expected to arrive 5-7 days. This item never arrived. After many emails, I was informed 20days later that the delivery service damaged it and the item was not in stock. They were good at getting back and refunding me. However, I was not offered a replacement or the opportunity of a discount for my inconvenience.

Ordered a climbing frame on 30th march when it was shown in stock, waited two weeks for the item to say dispatched on my web account details despite a message saying delivery was still 5-7 days during the covid outbreak. Since then no tracking, no delivery, no communication, just a couple of apologies saying that they are looking into my enquiry, which I find suspicious given its supposed to have been dispatched and with couriers. Any minute now waiting to hear back with oh sorry, not in stock and then I will have wasted so much time on this order, and let down kids. 3.5 weeks into this debacle so far. An honest company wouldn't be accepting orders for things that they either cannot manage to roll out, or are not in stock. Many many other people also cannot get reply.

I understand it's difficult in this current climate but I was told that I would definitely get delivery even if slightly late. I have NOT received delivery of my order & no one has contacted me either from yourselves or the delivery company which I find even with the present conditions extremely poor. Hopefully someone will be in contact soon!!

Ordered a hitting net on 25th March. It showed as dispatched on28th March. I waited 2 weeks and it never arrived. On contacting Garden Street I was told the item was out of stock. Disappointing that it was shown as dispatched when it wasn’t. Also cost me money as I had bought other items to use with this net which are now pointless.

I would love to say we are enjoying our purchase, but still have not received our order. Sale have said they are checking with your couriers (that was last week) but still have not heard anything yet. How long does it take for the couriers to track their deliveries. Look forward to a update for our order soon.

The product was good, as was the very competitive price. When arranging delivery I asked for the item to be delivered to a different address as i work nights. The delivery arrived at my address lunchtime, waking me up half way through my sleep. I then had choice but to transport it myself 8 miles.

Had to contact them about delayed delivery (but they then investigated). Gates were ok, but latch was badly designed and unnecessarily ugly. Post brackets weren't welded at right angles, and bolts were feeble. Gates bounce, and look like the bolts will bend if someone leans on the gate. Disappointing.

I purchased some green Protek Royal paint which was delivered reasonable quickly. The colour looked ok on the label but unfortunately the colour of the contents were very different to the label. The paint was a much lighter green and not suitable for my intended use. I raised this issue with Garden Street but I was told that there was nothing they could do as the can had been opened. I told them I was not happy as I expect the label on the tin to be at least close to the colour of the contents. They didn't even have the courtesy to reply. My measure of how good a company is how they react when something goes wrong so I'm not impressed and will not be using them again.

Only 2 stars because the delivery for a metal shed was taking so long we asked for a refund. Have to say that the person who we spoke to was extremely pleasant and arranged a full refund. Not that person's fault! It is the carriers used by the company. Apparently it is all about 'working days'. We ordered from another company and received in 2 days.

The panels making up the kennel were warped and due to the soft wood used there are fairly large gaps. On some of the hinges the screws used had smaller heads than the diameter of the hole in the hinge and so required some manipulation to ensure a secure attachment. The floor panels supplied were not all the same size and so required trimming before they could be placed in the kennel. Overall I'm not impressed with the quality of this item considering its cost, while the product itself is great buyers should be aware of the assembly challenges.

I ordered and paid online for 5 litres of pain on 10 Sept. I complained by email about non delivery on 23 Sept. Garden Street were very apologetic and the paint was delivered the next morning. Brian Shersby, Chichester
