Asking for a review and still haven't even received our shed after nearly 5 weeks??The only way to contact them is through email when you call it says they can't accept your call. I would not use this company again as communication is very limited. I understand that things are slower at the moment. They have apologised and Said they will be in touch with a date but Iam still waiting.

Ordered a bistro set on 10th June. It arrived damaged on the 22nd June. Contacted Garden Street for a replacement. The damaged item was collected on 8th July and the replacement delivered the following day. The replacement was more badly damaged than the first one. This was collected on the 10th of August and the refund paid on the 14th. GardenStreet probably has the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Their phone number has an automated message that doesn't allow messages to be left but they hide behind Covid19 as an excuse not answering the phone. They generate a automated email response that promises a response within 5 working days. A poor show all round. I have read some good reveiws here. All I can say is that those people had a lucky escape

Very dissapointed in this website. Ordered a Garden storage bench was told it will be sent out the end of July, however just received email telling me not going to be delivered until OCtober, really wish people would not take your money if they are not certain on stock, have now received a full refund

Was told my item would be delivered 14-28days ordered 7th July and still waiting, tried to phone them and and got answer machine, told to contact by email and they would respond within 72 hours, responded and told they will look at it within the next 5 days. Do not use this company Terrible

I’ve been asked to write a review for a shed I haven’t even received!!! Ordered this shed on 27th June 2020 and it’s now 11th August 2020 and still no contact. Absolutely shocking customer service can’t contact them by phone only email.... I’ve emailed them about 5 times with no reply, never know a company so bad to communicate with. STAY WELL CLEAR

Customer communications were shocking. That's the summary. We bought a shed. Where money was involved (like checking by e-mail that they had stock), they answered quickly. Receipts were sent automatically. Then we heard nothing at all until one Saturday morning when a van arrived with our shed on it. We had had no communication at all to expect it. Lucky we were in, I suppose! The shed was fine, but after two days, the lock broke. They don't answer the phone, so we e-mailed. We received an auto-response suggesting perhaps 3 days to reply and then a "We are looking into this". Nothing for 10 days. At all. Sent a chasing e-mail and got another auto-reply. Eventually I rang Rowlinson directly, and they were terribly helpful. It took me about 5 minutes to sort out. They immediately dispatched a replacement lock which arrived promptly. Also, a mysterious flurry of e-mails from GardenStreet saying how glad they were it was resolved and how hard they had been pressing Rowlinson in the meanwhile. While it is possible that this was true, it seems highly unlikely. It seems much more likely they were responding to feedback from Rowlinson. I think the summary of the reviews of Garden Street is upheld here. If you get your goods on time, then you have no complaints. If you ever need to get an actual response from them should anything go wrong, you'll be on your own. My experience was of some of the worst customer communications I've received from anyone. It was certainly the worst from anyone whom I have paid this much money. We gambled on this basis, and I guess we lost, slightly. Clearly, some people have lost much more. I our ancestors summed it up nicely – "Let the buyer beware".

I have been asked to write a review before I have even had the product delivered. I ordered a gate on 30th June advised 14 to 28 working days delivery to date still not received and sent numerous emails and no response also can’t contact by phone. The customer service is shocking!

I initially gave this company some room for error due to the current situation,, having said that I’ve since found that there’s no excuse for poor communication and to be told after 14 of waiting “It’s to early in the order process to give further details “ that got me worried. I order many items online in my profession and have dealt with some difficult suppliers I know a bad company when I come across one ,, this is definitely one of those companies, now awaiting a refund Last 2 days due to non delivery and bad service Had to contact PayPal to assist me , now 37 days since ordering and still have not received item ,,, do not use this company

I am not sure that your company even warrants being awarded one star!!!!!! I ordered a parasol and base and paid for it. I included my address with the order and the order was accepted. I subsequently was informed that you do not deliver to Northern Ireland. The order was cancelled by you and I was refunded my money. I sent you an email and stated that I would be willing to pay any additional carriage charges. You stated that it was not possible because you do not deliver to Northern Ireland. You provided no explanation or apology, save for reference to your terms and conditions. I am at a loss as to why the order was accepted in the first place when I provided details of my address when ordering. I order and receive numerous items from the mainland regularly without any additional cost. However, in this case I even offered to pay any additional carriage charges which may have arisen to deliver to Northern Ireland and this was rejected. As a citizen of the United Kingdom I feel greatly aggrieved at the attitude which was adopted by your company. In summary the whole thing was very disappointing and can only be described as a “very poor show”.

The quality of the gate was great but the customer service has been terrible, no notification about delivery and when the gate was delivered it was left on my driveway along with the bolt in a package and my elderly neighbour had to get help to move it as I was away. Very poor response to emails and the gate itself was soaking wet and took a week to dry out! Would not shop at garden street or recommend them after my experience I’m sad to say. Appreciate Covid-19 has made things difficult but not an excuse for poor service.

I always buy the no waste bird seed, my last purchase of this product is producing weeds. I contacted the company about this and that asked for a picture of the bags which I sent sometime ago now. I have not had any other contact from them, very poor communication.

The arch with planters took weeks to come and would have only come when it did because I rang and complained. Also, the arches over the top came in 4 parts which means they have to be joined in the middle. Clearly should be 2 whole arches as on all the pictures. We have rung, sent photo's as proof and 4 weeks later had no response to say matter being dealt with. Now we can't get through on the phone at all, due to volume of complaints I presume. Summer will be over soon and too late to even put the arch up. Terrible customer service. Product seems ok but not much good as it is and would return it if I could actually speak to someone. If anyone reads this at Rowlinsons would they please contact me. You have my details from my emails.

Product sold to me online and credit card charge made. A week later they emailed to say it was out of stock and a full refund would be made. 2 weeks after that I had to email them and demand the refund. Altogether a sorry and dismal experience.

Ordered and paid for a bin store Emailed for updates a couple of times then 8 weeks later was told they had no stock and didn’t no when they would receive any. So just had to get a refund. Not a good experience.
