“Service was good and delivery was very quick. There were one or two issues with the actual product but nothing that couldn't easily be solved. Staff very helpful and friendly on the phone. Would use the company again.”

“Very happy with the wheelbarrow. Some delay in receiving it (so only 4 stars) but this was probably because I ordered in a holiday period. Customer services were excellent and extremely courteous in dealing with my query about the delay”

“A well made car port/veranda kit for the price. The twin wall polycarbonate sheeting isn’t tinted as I was expecting. The biggest drawback is the installation manual which is poorly detailed and translated. I found it best to build the entire roof structure first before lifting into place onto the wall plate. With care I was able to buil this kit on my own, using a lashing to keep it secured to the wall plate whilst lifting in place and securing the three legs. Some screws were missing from the kit, but these were quickly sent out by first class post from the supplier once notified. To enhance the look and to reduce glare from south facing sun I applied a tinted film to the underside of the polycarbonate panels before fitting them. As an enthusiastic DIY’r I enjoyed installing this kit, thinking of buying another one as an extension.”

“+ Nice quality gate. + Arrived within advertised time frame (12 weeks). - However, was not notified when product was dispatched which resulted in it being delivered and left outside our house as we were away. - Additionally, there were no installation instructions, which would have been helpful!”

“I have only given 4 stars as the instructions were rather vague, although all the parts were numbered to make identification simple we managed to fit the front on upside down, easily rectified but annoying. The bookcase is made of good quality real wood and has a nice solid feel to it when assembled. Excellent value for money shame about the instructions.”

“There was a small issue with only half the item being delivered. However this was very quickly rectified with the minimum of fuss. Would I buy from them again - absolutely. The quality of the items are great.”

“Happy with the service from Garden Street. Goods arrived promptly but unfortunately I was out, then the courier (FEDEX) went and lost the package! Garden Street were brillante though and dispatched a replacement which also arrived promptly (via a different courier).”
