We bought a palram sky light shed absolutely awful product it’s a knock off keter shed imported but at full price!!! Really flimsy rattles in the wind thin cheap material at top prices terrible to put together do not by this product!!

we paid you in full on the 8th of may it went out of our account on the 10th and we ve waited for a delivery ever since its now ennd of june still no arbour .

Money taken and after nearly 2 wks was informed they did not have the goods. Should not have taken money if no goods. They did refund but will not shop there ever again.

You wouldn’t believe it! I have been asked to review the product BEFORE it has been delivered. Now TWO weeks OVERDUE.

Not received goods on agreed delivery date and despite many phone calls no revised date, so would like to now cancel, hope this doesn’t become a difficult process as the service so far has been very disappointing

Shed ordered 15th May with 10-20 working day delivery scheduled. Just found out (i have had to chase twice as they don't respond) that it will be delivered week commencing 19th July - TWO MONTHS LATER?!?! They have offered to refund the purchase but i installed the shed base to fit already. I wouldn't use this company, misleading delivery times on website, dreadful response time on customer orders and they have made no effort to expedite delivery even though they are around 8 weeks late. Only question, why cant i rate zero stars??

First time I have ordered from this company, very dissapointed! Still awaiting item which was ordered early May, not going to be delivered until end of June.

I was supposed to get an umbrella with the purchase from 7 to 15 days and I will get it after 45 days, I will not recommend this company

Ordered 1st May for stock due 17th then moved to 31st advised delivery 15-20 working days checked again today and still no stock, no one keeps you updated have to chase them it’s really poor service

Customer service very poor. Advertised a product - delivered a product much smaller than advertised. Now the company are very slow to respond & resolve I would not recommend

Absolutely appalling experience. Poor communication 14 days later from Gardening EXPRESS no product. Received an email eventually saying no stock and I can request a refund. After multiple attempts to contact as only a chat facility I was told I couldn’t have a refund despite it being offered and no stock so have now referred their dreadful service to my bank for a refund. AVOID at all cost.

Ordered a shed with a delivery date of April 12th still not received item although promised would be delivered this week and now no response to emails. Already have my money though. Can’t order elsewhere as won’t have it for a further 8 weeks. Really upset as doing a garden makeover for summer

Ordered a companion bench on April 27th, and we are still waiting. It's now June 02nd. Had notification it had been dispatched two weeks ago, but after a phone call was told that wasn't correct. A second notification two days later and we are still waiting for the 'carrier' to contact to arrange a delivery. VERY VERY POOR!

It’s now 1st June and I still have not received a picnic bench I ordered on the 24th April x half the bench arrived after 25 days now still waiting for the promised other half 2 weeks ago x no compensation only a poor apology x I feel they just don’t really care 😔on the website it said delivery is 7-10 working days x so they out right lie to you x each time I speak with someone they tell me it’s on its way x well it must be coming from Tim buck tooooooo Ahhhhhhhh x don’t shop here unless you want disappointment

Very poor service, item has still not arrived after a month (should have arrived within 2 weeks). Customer services are unhelpful and we're just going round in circles. Part of my order was lost, and the two subsequent replacements that they sent have also been 'lost'. Would not recommend
