A company with very poor and unhelpful customer service . Sold a substandard product and refused to refund . I had to involve PayPal and now trading standards

Similar to previous customers I found that the promised delivery date (1-3 days) bore no relation to when the item was actually delivered (12 days). I purchased based on the promise of a quick 1-3 day delivery. Given other customers have had a similar experience, my guess is that where Garden Street say they have an item in stock, they don't.

Garden chair damaged, half the arm was lying loose in the box. Very slow response and when it came they seriously expect me to repair myself. I have given them the opportunity to replace, but they fail to respond, I have requested a full refund and they ignore e-mails and telephone gives you an automated message. Absolutely shocking customer service, they take your money and expect you to be satisfied with badly damaged goods.

Ordered and paid for a rattan rising coffee table in early March and have just cancelled the order, as I have just been informed, (after numerous enquiries) that I will not receive the item for another 12-14 days. Very disappointed with the poor service. The only part of the process that has been satisfactory is the requested refund.

Ordered summer house in March didn’t arrive until late June, nails all come through wood inside, one window not nailed in at all on one side, door handle flimsy and snapped, contacted Garden Street and was given £40.00 refund which is terrible considering it cost nearly £800, now on erection find that it’s leaking in many places.

I wouldn’t recommend this company - ordered garden furniture in feb 2021 and after chasing them at every due date they have given me our furniture still hasn’t arrived . We have been given assurance and then another story - we have been offered money back however it’s their customer service we are rating as they do not keep in touch and also email after you chase them up - no apology just an email . Still no furniture as we are aware there is delays however don’t believe they haven’t received any stock

Ordered a picnic bench - received confirmation it was being sent out within a few days which was great! Stayed home all day, nothing turned up and was told it was delivered at 6.30pm which it certainly wasn't! It then took a week of back and forth between myself, Garden Street and their warehouse/fulfilment company to decide that it had got lost somewhere and it was now out of stock. Very little apology or acknowledgement of time wasted, just a straightforward refund which hopefully I'll receive in a few days. Just really disappointing!

Ordered a double seater hanging chair in Feb 2021. Now almost July and still not received it. Website stated it was due in stock in April and never heard from the company so was forced to chase via emails and phone calls to be eventually told the product is now due in July due to issues with Brexit and the recent Suez Canal blockage. Although they offered a full refund, they should not mislead customers on their website and actually keep paying customers informed on their orders. I will not be ordering from this company again not because of the Brexit/Suez issue but because their service is not good enough.

I bought a mini greenhouse in April 2020, and in under a year it was falling to pieces. Garden street have only offered a partial repair that resolves 1 of 4 issues with the product. Every time I get in contact it’s weeks before I get any response. The wood is cracking and discoloured. The frame has warped so the doors blow open in the wind, and the handles have disintegrated.

never recived my bench even when phoning every day which was supposed to be a birthday present wouldn't give me a number to ring the warehouse never will get anything again very dissatisfied

I was guaranteed 7-14 day delivery. On the last day of that timeline I was told my item would be a further two months! Still waiting. Therefore very hard to review in the product when it is yet to arrive

Ordered LG Outdoor Soleil Parasol 6/6/21-advised awaiting stock. Paid for and my account debited 7/6/21. Not yet supplied but iut had been suggested it would be in stock 16/6/21. Telephoned twice - last 24/6/21 and each time told that someone will call back with info . Dispatcher blamed which suggests item has been in stock, but information not yet supplied as to when I can expect the item. Shame - rather confirms what others have been saying about this company. I ordered a gazebo had not received any communication about delivery date rang was told I will find out wjetevotvis and call you back no apology rang back again 3 days later samectjing we will ring you no explanation as to what was the problem rang again to get money back and was told by the same lady again you will get a confirmation for your refund no email only seems to be one person in customer service and takes all day to get through in the phone they must advertise goods they do not have very disappointing do not order from this site its quicker getting things from china

The product is great ! The promises of delivery times not so great. We purchased a Suncast Belmont shed two years ago which is brilliant but was 6 weeks late on delivery. We wanted a second Belmont shed but insisted I buy it on the grounds they don’t keep us waiting again, they promised prompt delivery BUT the same thing has happened 😤 Should have received my shed around now (21-6-21) now been told they will ring me on 6-7-21 to “tell me when THEY WILL DELIVER” so could be weeks away!!!! Not happy ! now trying to find another shed elsewhere!! Not good enough !! No offer of compensation! My advice to people…..look elsewhere.
