Have ordered item coming up to 2 months ago. Account was debited on day of order .Have still not received item.Have phoned in stock but waiting on it to be delivered still waiting . Would not use the company again.

Order placed in March, when I inquired as to when it might be delivered I was told that I had been missed off the allocation and may receive the order by Mid May. Poor stock Management and poor customer communication.

Got a dodgy tin a bashed about when phoned to enquire about new tin man was quite rude even sent a photo to them not happy

Delivery date, no where near as stated for the item that actually arrived 4 weeks late. The other item that said 2 months in the website was nt available as you had already sold all of that batch. Terrible communication. Product was as described and in good condition, but that's nothing to do with you. Will never be using you again and will be taking my £1,000 to buy garden furniture elsewhere.

My father ordered me a gold frame for my birthday. Due to Covid I only received my gift months later. The quality was TERRIBLE. Difficult to assemble, the pieces didn’t line up, the wood has split on places and there is a gaping gap in the lid. Not to mention the protective sticky plastic won’t fully come off the Perspex cover. I reported this to Garden Street who threw the 30 day returns policy at me and offered no further conversation. In normal circumstances I’d understand, however we’ve had a challenging and difficult year with most companies using Covid as an excuse to provide substandard service. My advice? Buy another product from another company.

I have not yet received the item I ordered despite being told it would be ready mid-April. I had to phone the company to find out what had happened to my order. I am now told it won’t be ready until June. I am not impressed.

Umbrella advertised as in stock. I ordered and paid online and then got an email saying 12 weeks wait. To be fair, it did say I could have a refund but I didn't have time to try to find alternatives. I'm still waiting for it.

considering the the fee and importance of Covid-19 D2 & D8 tests I amn't satisfied with the service. It is day 9 already and still haven't received my D2 results. Posted and registered D8 already. Not sure when I will get the results.

Absolutely shocking organisation to deal customer service is really lacking, they make promises and don’t deliver on them, like we’ll send that but out again and surprisingly it didn’t arrive and they couldn’t give me a tracking number. They even failed to collect there item leaving me to spend time trying to book it in with the carrier. I really would stay well clear and just head to your local garden centre!

The goods were advertised as in stock mid may. Then out of the blue when I contacted them the goods are going to be delivered end of August. Misleading customers is never a good practice. Avoid if possible.

Hello Having had delivery of a modest log store to help me tidy up my garden I was left with the pallet on which it was delivered. The delivery driver wouldn’t take it, recycling centres don’t take them (assuming you can get it there in the first place) and companies that want pallets won’t come and collect just one. I complained about this to Garden Street asking them to collect it from me, and after not receiving a reply first time, I chased it up and was told it is my responsibility to dispose of packaging including pallets. So before you order anything from Garden Street I would advise you to check whether you will be left with a pallet. A not very happy customer. April 2021

No communication, almost impossible to get hold of anyone , and when you do only get a run about and false promises, Then asked to write a review when your product is 1 month overdue Taking payment for items not in stock with false delivery hopes is the online Equivalent of taking candy from a baby

Never arrived, poor (as in none) communication from seller following several emails chasing and asking for update. I am reasonable and if I had been kept informed it would have been sufficient as I get that things don't always go to plan, just let your customers know!! To pay for something, and then not receive it within the specified delivery window and then have to chase with no response or explanation is not acceptable. Raised a dispute with Paypal and received refund. The Would not recommend based on the experience I have had..

DON'T BE TEMPTED TO DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!! I ordered and paid for "In Stock" garden furniture (value almost £600) and was given an estimated delivery of between 10 & 20 working days. When nothing arrived I telephoned Garden Street and was told they would check with their couriers and ring me back later in the day. I subsequently received an email stating "We are currently looking into the delivery of your order ..." Next day I telephoned once more but was fobbed off with "the manufacturer is very busy and we are having difficulty contacting them". When I telephoned the manufacturer directly they answered my call after two rings and informed me that the products I had ordered were out of stock and had been for more than two months. So Garden Street took my money for six weeks when there was no prospect whatsover of them fulfilling my order which is at best dubious practice and at worst an offence under Section 16 of the Theft Act 1968 (obtaining a pecuniary advantage by deception). I cancelled the order and obtained a refund. I have awarded one star for refunding my money promptly.

This company is a joke. Delivery times are made up and they are not quick to solve any problems. I ordered a shed as the time quoted was quicker than other companies and to date I have not received it. It’s now 2 weeks later than the estimate of 4 weeks and could take a further 2 weeks. I would not order again as totally unreliable. I am looking to seek my money back.

I ordered an awning with delivery time quoted as 5-10 days. After that time had passed with no contact from GardenStreet, I contacted them by email and received no response. Several more emails and phone calls later they blamed couriers but were unable to provide tracking info or expected delivery date. After 3 weeks they advised they could no longer supply the goods ordered. I might have been slightly more forgiving if they had processed a refund but I am still waiting and now raised a claim through Paypal. Yes prices are competitive but customer service is very poor if you have a problem. Guessing they don't always hold stock and drop ship from distributors, which catches them out. If you are thinking about placing an order, get confirmation of stock first.
