The sides were warped, 1 door is a shade lighter. Looks like left out in light at warehouse. Plus 1 side front left the fitting clamp not moulded fully and so does not fit the locking hole at base. All this was put down to my fitting poorly including the door colour. Its laughable. Very expensive plastic rubbish

Ordered a metal shed - it arrived in a million pieces and was almost impossible to assemble. As soon as one piece was attached to the next, the previous piece detached itself. Appalling quality.

Thank you for inviting me to leave a review on products that you were unable to deliver to my postcode. It would have been nice if you had told me on the point of order that you wouldn’t deliver. You took my money straight away and then refunded me for both items. Obviously I can’t and won’t be re ordering from your company.

Save your time and your money. If I could give less than one star, I would. We have ordered garden furniture from them months ago. This had been continuously delayed "due to covid" what a joke. So disappointed was really looking forward to enjoying the summer but it's heading into autumn/winter now and still no furniture. I have had to contact them chasing this 3 times trying to get answers only for them to say it will come on such a date but the date keeps moving. Matt as well save it money, get a refund and buy something in the sale (elsewhere) or wait until next year. Avoid buying from here for your own sake!!!

I think Garden Street must be striving for a 1-star rating. I received a damaged product (Chimenea). As soon as I unpacked the item I sent the company an email to alert them to this. Initially they responded very quickly and asked for photos. Photos were sent and then I waited... and waited... and I am still waiting. To make sure the company had received my photos, and because I'd received zero acknowledgement, I took it upon myself to call them and ask. The lady I spoke to was very nice. Indeed, they had received the photos. Some internal chasing was going to happen and someone would get back to me, I was told. But here I am, waiting. I sent them another email a few days ago. You've guessed it: zero response. Keeping customers informed is not hard. Unfortunately it's too much for some companies!

Overall very poor service from Garden Street and a very poor quality metal garage and I cannot recommend either Garden Street or the Lotus Metal garage. Very poor delivery time and poor quality metal garage. Garden Street would not deliver Lotus 10x23 Lotus metal garage to my second home in West Highlands despite this being on the mainland. I had to take delivery at my Glasgow address and at my expense hire a van to transport the very heavy metal garage myself to my second home. The metal garage arrived in Glasgow 8 boxes of which several were burst open and some parts had fallen out and were missing. These were replaced by Garden Street. I also ordered 2 tool racks but only one arrived. The second was subsequently delivered after I let Garden Street know. I would not recommend the Lotus 10x23 metal garage. Despite having a very smooth and level concrete base laid as a foundation the garage supports and panels did not line up and screws were very difficult to insert as the holes did not line up in multiple places. The metal is very thin and is very easily bent. Some panels were dented on arrival. The bifold doors are very flimsy and blow about in the wind. There is no adequate secure fitment supplied to allow secure locking with a padlock. The bolts supplied would have external screws which can be easily removed. The front bifold doors and side door have very large spaces down the sides and top so the wet weather can easily penetrate. I had to buy self adhesive rubber sealing strip to prevent water entering.

The absolute worst customer service I’ve ever received. Still waiting for my order. Still waiting any communication about an order that was due to delivered a week ago - ordered over 10 days ago. Really poor customer service. The worst. In 2021 they close on a Friday and ignore you until Monday. Shocking. Please avoid ordering from this company.

A lash up from start to finish. Prior to ordering told product was in stock and would be delivered in time frame. This was a lie! After chasing for 10 days excuse was product damaged by delivery company and would not be able to replace until end August (in other words waiting for goods from China). Took twice as long to get money back, 10 days (how come when mine went out immediately), avoid!

I was told delivery was 14 to 21 days. The first delivery didn’t,t arrive. The second delivery arrived two hours after stated. Only one item turned up and we had ordered two. Delivery charge was £54. Website told us that most items were delivered free. Quality of item was very poor indeed. Will never order anything from this firm again. I don’t know how they get away with this unbelievably shoddy service

Ordered a small log store and was shocked at what arrived. Cheap splintery wood, large pieces broken off the boards, nails missing their marks and staples poking out. Inserting every screw and nail as instructed made the cheap wood split. This is such a shoddy product it shouldn't be sold. I'll use it as firewood.

What a shambles of a company Garden Street are. I placed an order on 30/03 and advised delivery would be around 24/05 which was fine. 24/05 came and went with no contact from Garden Street. I emailed them 26/05 to ask what was happening to be told delivery into them was due to arrive 14/06. Yip that date came and went so on 22/06 I emailed again and this time was told delivery was due in to them 19/07. I emailed 14/07 asking if delivery in to them was still due 19/07 and received an email 16/07 informing me goods now aren't due in to Garden Street until 27/08. I appreciate issues can happen but 3 months goes beyond a reasonable time to be late with not so much as a call or email keeping me informed. Think it says everything about how this company treats customers once they have your money.

My Parasol arrived damaged and this company simply did nothing....no after sales care, no contact via emails, nothing...and as for trying to call them....give it a go. As for a refund...I have had £0.00p for a useless parasol that cost me £99.99 Shocking.

I would love to write a review about the product that I ordered but I cancelled the order because I gave up waiting for the product. I kept being told it would leave the warehouse later in the week. Reading other reviews, I doubt the product that was “in stock” when I placed my order was even in the warehouse or even the country. I ordered a very similar product from a large household name for a tiny bit more money and it arrived the next day! Avoid wasting your time and order elsewhere.

I have been asked to write a review before receiving the product, so here goes. I ordered the Shire 8ft x 8ft summerhouse and was asked to confirm which date I would like it delivered on. The date available was 15th July, and I received confirmation that this was all booked. 2 weeks before the due date, I receive another email saying it has now been booked for 4th August. I didn't request this, I just got an email out of the blue. I asked them why this was when the 15th July was already booked and they said due to a problem and delay with production. So I sweated my backside off getting the base all ready for the 15th July and now it's delayed. I then decided to read other reviews of this Shire company that provides these summerhouses and it is very grim reading. Many many many reviews of the company delaying orders, shipping sub-standard products to people that already had to wait many months. I am dreading receiving my product now as I am worried it will be shoddily made and not fit for purpose. Garden Street should distance themselves from Shire in my opinion as from reading reviews of the company on the net, it is not looking good for me receiving anything other than a pile of wood only fit for the dump, and if I do receive that, then I'll be asking for a full refund. We shall see what happens.

This company lists items for sale with no restrictions, takes the order and your money then a week later cancels the order without consultation and issues a refund saying they do not deliver to your location. DO NOT USE!!!
