Terrible experience with a play house bought for my sons birthday. The play house is missing main parts. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I would never wish this terrible experience on anyone. Item was damaged and missing major parts!! Order placed on 23 March 2021 bought on line direct @ gardenstreet.co.uk I ordered a play house Rowlinson High View Hideaway Playhouse Product Code: PHVIEW for my godsons birthday. It arrived on the designated date and all was going so well until we went to put it together. It’s missing 2 windows, a door, one side panel is broken this is due to when the panel was fabricated not mantled properly, one main post is split and it says it’s Tested to EN71 for Child Safety. On independent inspection for PayPal we were proven wrong it does not follow a number of rules to qualify for the EN71 children’s safety. We tried to contact the company on many occasions emails after email no reply or a simple we will speak to the manufacture and get back with no later update, no apology. We decided after a number of weeks to put a dispute with PayPal after an independent inspection saying it will cost over £500 for repairs PayPal gave the case in our favour only for the company to say they want us to cover postage to send it back. As you can imagine I can’t just pop it up to Royal Mail down the road. Communication is no existent The product quality is not up to standards with EN71 children safety Overall a waste of over 6 weeks and a very upset 3 year old and a £819.99 wasted as house is not usable we are currently taking this further.

I order 6 * 6 garden fencing and was even talking to one of your rep and waited weeks for delivery...BUT they were 1800MM NOT 1830 which is 6 *6... !! They then wanted £80 to take away! I posted the URL with the 6 * 6 but they pointed out page 2 of the actual dimensions....given I was taking to a rep and looking at the panels with 6 * 6 advertising it never even occured to me!! so annoyed!

Ordered a greenhouse which stated 2/5 day delivery, took ages to get any sort of reply and found out eventually item not in stock, had to go through paypal to get a refund. Would not use again.

Placed an order on the 28th of March, with a promise of delivery within 7-14 days. 2 months and multiple calls later I still haven't received my order. I've had no communication from the company at all about what's happening and had to keep contacting them - each time receiving a promise of an update, which never materialised. I'm not sure whether this a legitimate company but would avoid ordering anything from them!

Bought a garden shed from them and was to be delivered in 20 days time. After 20 days I received a call saying that the product is out of stock and will only be delivered the following month. So basically, they wasted my time and were very unprofessional. Never going to purchase from them.

I’d like to be able to review the wall greenhouse I ordered on the 9th April delivery 2 weeks. Once I had paid I was thanked and told that delivery could be up to 25 weeks! It is now 11 weeks and no sign of it.

Sadly not impressed with the product purchased or service received. Communication was slow initially re delivery. When product did arrive, it couldn't be assembled due to misaligned holes in the frame. Re-boxed item and contact company. Took them several days to respond, they said unless I could send them photos I would have to pay £30 to return the item for a refund. Explained I'm disabled and depend on family visiting to do such things but they weren't interested. Also explained that the photos wouldn't really help show the problem with the product. Eventually got familly to unbox product again, take photos and rebox. Sent photos. Another week or so before they got back to me to say they would arrange collection. I had then to contact courier and wait in all day (no time slot given) for the item to be collected at 4.30pm. Poor quality, overpriced item and terrible aftersales service. Never again will I purchase from this company. Be warned, don't go there!!

What an absolute shambles or a company. Zero accountability for the lack of action on my purchase. I contacted them multiple times (3 times with no response) only to be told, after 3 weeks of waiting, that there was the warehouse had not allocated my order and so i’d have to wait another month until it came back in stock AND THEN yet another 20 days for delivery. Useless!

Ordered greenhouse in March won’t be here for weeks yet also ratten garden furniture said may delivery I have asked them when I can expect delivery have heard nothing about greenhouse or furniture very unhappy customer £1000 altogether sent and nothing beginning to wonder if items will ever be delivered

Received LCD Willow Tree in March box all taped up called to say that there is no power supply or screws to put together. Sent several emails & called and still waiting, was promised 10 days ago they would send it yet again nothing. Paid nearly £70 for a item I can't use DON'T USE THIS COMPANY

I can't register a zero star review. I ordered and paid in full for an outdoor dining set on 3rd April with a 'release' date of 7th May plus 10-20 working days (2-4 weeks) to arrange delivery. On 7th May I had an email asking me to review my purchase...what? The one I'm still waiting for? I emailed back for an update. On 10th May an email from GS saying there was a delay in the shipment so now due into the warehouse 'at the end of this month' (May?) plus another 10-20 working day wait for delivery. Still no idea when I will see my new furniture.

I should have read the reviews before I ordered. I ordered garden furniture a month before this was needed for my partner’s birthday. It is not what we wanted but ordered as it will meet event date. After 2 weeks I called up to find out when items will be delivered and was told due to a technical glitch they will need to reorder and this can take up to 3 weeks. This will miss our event date. This is very poor customer service. Happy to refund if you can’t wait... very poor as it will be impossible to find something else on short notice. I asked for this to be escalated so let’s see if they make an effort with the distributor to help us

I ordered a BBQ on the 25/03/2021 due to be delivered on the 26th of April. On the 5th of May i contacted for an update. Garden street had received the wrong BBQ's from supplier. They did not tell me I had to contact for update. On the 5th of may I was told an imminent container was due. I then pushed further for a date and I have currently been told it is the end of May. Terrible service having to chase for updates and constantly provided misleading information.
