“Ordered 1st May for stock due 17th then moved to 31st advised delivery 15-20 working days checked again today and still no stock, no one keeps you updated have to chase them it’s really poor service”

“Absolutely appalling experience. Poor communication 14 days later from Gardening EXPRESS no product. Received an email eventually saying no stock and I can request a refund. After multiple attempts to contact as only a chat facility I was told I couldn’t have a refund despite it being offered and no stock so have now referred their dreadful service to my bank for a refund. AVOID at all cost.”

“Ordered a shed with a delivery date of April 12th still not received item although promised would be delivered this week and now no response to emails. Already have my money though. Can’t order elsewhere as won’t have it for a further 8 weeks. Really upset as doing a garden makeover for summer”

“Ordered a companion bench on April 27th, and we are still waiting. It's now June 02nd. Had notification it had been dispatched two weeks ago, but after a phone call was told that wasn't correct. A second notification two days later and we are still waiting for the 'carrier' to contact to arrange a delivery. VERY VERY POOR!”

“It’s now 1st June and I still have not received a picnic bench I ordered on the 24th April x half the bench arrived after 25 days now still waiting for the promised other half 2 weeks ago x no compensation only a poor apology x I feel they just don’t really care 😔on the website it said delivery is 7-10 working days x so they out right lie to you x each time I speak with someone they tell me it’s on its way x well it must be coming from Tim buck tooooooo Ahhhhhhhh x don’t shop here unless you want disappointment”

“Very poor service, item has still not arrived after a month (should have arrived within 2 weeks). Customer services are unhelpful and we're just going round in circles. Part of my order was lost, and the two subsequent replacements that they sent have also been 'lost'. Would not recommend”

“I would never wish this terrible experience on anyone. Item was damaged and missing major parts!! Order placed on 23 March 2021 bought on line direct @ gardenstreet.co.uk I ordered a play house Rowlinson High View Hideaway Playhouse Product Code: PHVIEW for my godsons birthday. It arrived on the designated date and all was going so well until we went to put it together. It’s missing 2 windows, a door, one side panel is broken this is due to when the panel was fabricated not mantled properly, one main post is split and it says it’s Tested to EN71 for Child Safety. On independent inspection for PayPal we were proven wrong it does not follow a number of rules to qualify for the EN71 children’s safety. We tried to contact the company on many occasions emails after email no reply or a simple we will speak to the manufacture and get back with no later update, no apology. We decided after a number of weeks to put a dispute with PayPal after an independent inspection saying it will cost over £500 for repairs PayPal gave the case in our favour only for the company to say they want us to cover postage to send it back. As you can imagine I can’t just pop it up to Royal Mail down the road. Communication is no existent The product quality is not up to standards with EN71 children safety Overall a waste of over 6 weeks and a very upset 3 year old and a £819.99 wasted as house is not usable we are currently taking this further.”

“I order 6 * 6 garden fencing and was even talking to one of your rep and waited weeks for delivery...BUT they were 1800MM NOT 1830 which is 6 *6... !! They then wanted £80 to take away! I posted the URL with the 6 * 6 but they pointed out page 2 of the actual dimensions....given I was taking to a rep and looking at the panels with 6 * 6 advertising it never even occured to me!! so annoyed!”

“Ordered a greenhouse which stated 2/5 day delivery, took ages to get any sort of reply and found out eventually item not in stock, had to go through paypal to get a refund. Would not use again.”

“Placed an order on the 28th of March, with a promise of delivery within 7-14 days. 2 months and multiple calls later I still haven't received my order. I've had no communication from the company at all about what's happening and had to keep contacting them - each time receiving a promise of an update, which never materialised. I'm not sure whether this a legitimate company but would avoid ordering anything from them!”

“Bought a garden shed from them and was to be delivered in 20 days time. After 20 days I received a call saying that the product is out of stock and will only be delivered the following month. So basically, they wasted my time and were very unprofessional. Never going to purchase from them.”
