“Having ordered and paid for a gate which was described as “available in stock” we waited three weeks before being told the day before delivery that it would not in fact be available for another 4-6 weeks. Dreadful service. Would not use again.”

“Delighted with the quick delivery and companion seat, however, after leaving it indoors for the recommended 3 weeks the colour of the seats and other parts of the set have faded considerably and looks as if it needs another coat of stain.”

“Everything arrived very quickly. All in perfect condition. One minor problem couldn’t find cushions for chair seats. Would be helpful to have a note saying they were tucked up under the seats.we are now totally ready for our staycation.”

“Waited 4 weeks with no contact, chased by email to request update on order. They took 48 hours to reply only to tell me that I have to wait a further 3 weeks - even though the product I ordered has come into stock and you can buy on the website with 10 DAYS shipping!! Why do I have to wait 7 weeks then??”

“Some the drilled holes were too short to receive the screws. Having a drill and the correct size bit I was able to rectify the problem. This let down an otherwise very good product.”

“Really good customer service - am less please with the products I ordered, but that's not a reflection of the lovely folk who responded to my (many!) queries, quickly and fully.”
