“Telephoned on 25th November 2020 in advance of ordering to check stock availability as the item was for a Christmas and was advised delivery within 10 working days. Placed the order online and received an email a few days later advising delivery wouldn't be until the end of February 2021. My refund was received promptly and the staff were courteous but I would not buy from them again.”

“I was told I would receive the item at the start of December and had been promised a second delivery attempt, the phone never happened. Had to ask for a refund on many occasions. Poor customer service and there were no apologies. I will be going elsewhere to buy the storage box. It’s a shame I didn’t want to support a large retailer, but The Garden Street will not receiving my money in future”

“I placed an order for a Europa Leisure Brava Low Fire Pit on 22-12-20. Due to Covid I wanted the fire pit for New years eve so we could at least have a cuppa around the fire as my children visit with not being able to come in doors. Dave was very helpful on the chat facility and explained that he couldn't guarantee delivery until the new year but he said he would put a request in for me. Im really chuffed to say it has arrived today "christmas eve". Thank you so much This fire pit is really good quality, Easy to put together and I cant wait to roast marshmallows around it tonight. Thank you so so much. Merry Christmas”

“Ordered a space saver metal shed that arrived earlier than the 14 to 28 day estimated delivery time. I was only informed about delivery when the driver knocked on the door. Luckily someone was in but it would have been helpful to be notified prior to delivery.”

“Ordered an item that was listed as in stock only to be informed 3 days later that it had sold out. Although disappointed they did apologise and refund quickly so I can't fault them for that. It wouldn't stop me buying from them again”

“I have been looking for the table and chairs in question for a while (Garden) and everywhere was sold out. I left a message with Garden Street to let me know if they get more in. I have done this with other companies for other items and heard nothing so it was a pleasant surprise to get an email saying they had them in stock. They had a choice of colours and we changed our mind to a grey/black version and we are delighted. It came very quickly and we assembled it quite easily with just a couple of niggles but we a thrilled so far.”

“Ordered a product which was in stock online, when it didn’t turn up after 14 working days (email said 10-14) I spoke to someone and was told it was out of stock and wouldn’t be in again until February!”
