“Ordered a tallboy on the 4th Feb box 2 of 2 arrived on Monday 8 th and was damaged so emailed and sent through 4 photos. Phoned x2 since to find out where box 1 is no response by email and therefore unable to track. Also been told replacement that is damaged will be sent out later! There were no instructions in box 2 to construct the tallboy hoping they would be in the missing box 1 . Why send out an item in 2 boxes separately ? Frustrating as this is to match a piece of furniture already purchased. Please if this cannot be resolved refund me for the tallboy.”

“Called to check they delivered to my address before ordering was told yes no problem, so I ordered money paid in full to wait for a 8 week delivery and was happy to do so. next day email to say sorry they are not able to deliver to my address, and I would receive my money back in 5 working days not happy at all”

“I ordered the Gazebo side walls which I couldn't get anywhere else so was pleased to find them available. The wrong colour arrived but as soon as I emailed them I got a phone call back very quickly and without any fuss at all they collected the item and redelivered the correct one in no time at all. Very polite and courteous. I haven't used the sidewalls yet so they're still in the pack but customer service was excellent.”

“Service was good and delivery was very quick. There were one or two issues with the actual product but nothing that couldn't easily be solved. Staff very helpful and friendly on the phone. Would use the company again.”

“The greenhouse I ordered arrived ahead of schedule and in good condition. Only comment was that I got a note to say the courier would contact me to arrange delivery but they didn't, the item was delivered OK but left on the doorstep when I wasn't expecting it.”
