“This was my first purchased from Garden Street. In the event, the garden seat that I ordered could not be supplied by the manufacturer, but I was informed immediately by email and my card was refunded promptly. Good customer service which gives me confidence to shop again.”

“Ordered a breeze house on line , very simple , kepted up to date on order and delivery time, arrived on time , only downside all pieces were left on drive thought they might be on a pallet so had to move all in to garage , every piece was there.”

“Item was out of stock at first but was given a delivery date a few days later. On delivery day i was told would be delivered in the morning and I could track the movement and then given a 1 hour slot in which it was delivered. Certainly would use them again. Very happy with service.”

“The bench was a gift for my son & daughter-in-law. We were all pleasantly surprised on the quality of the wood. It has now pride of place outside in the sunshine, a place to sit & chat with family members during these unprecedented times.”

“Ordered online after 8 day, i Chased my order up. To finally be told i wouldn't get my item till may even tho it says despatched. Then i had to chase them again for a refund. Will never us again. Very poor service.”
