“Straightforward ordering and quick delivery with updates on date and time. There was an understandable delay due to the popularity of the summerhouse and the current crisis we are in. I am delighted with the summerhouse I chose. Good solid structure and looks lovely in my garden.”

“Appalling customer service. Ordered product over two months ago and having contacted them I was told goods were in their warehouse awaiting despatch, but received no email confirmation of a time slot. Do not waste your time and money, only if you want disappointment and frustration.”

“Absolutely shocking customer service. We ordered a shed, it was late so called to find out why, all they could tell me was there was a delivery problem from the suppliers. Then they cancelled our order even though we didn’t ask for it to be cancelled. Would not recommend this company to anyone!”

“Excellent service and product. Love the metal arch. Would recommend. Put up by one person. Just wish delivery company had given some warning when arriving as would have left instructions to take round the back. A 78 yr old woman had to drag it inside the front door..extremely heavy metal garden arch.”
