“Not sure why I’m being requested to give a review when I’m still awaiting delivery of the product. My order was placed on 20th July and I have been contacted to say it will be delivered on Thursday 2nd August. Communication has been fine. Cannot comment on the product as yet.”

“Product is fine and was well packaged. However, no further email after the inital order confirmation one. I would have appreciated an email to say my order was being dispatched and to give me a rough estimate for deliveries. Other than that, website was good - clear and easy to use.”

“Easy to shop easy to order but delivery wait and information let it down didn’t think I’d have to wait nearly a month to get it but gate is good quality and I’d defiantly order from them again but plan in advance next time”

“Had to ring up to check on delivery as I had heard nothing. Staff were then v helpful with supplier and carrier contacted and the goods arrived next day.The parasol was Ok, but some of the sewing was poor and my wife had to redo it,rather than send it back.”

“Garden Street staff polite & helpful Confirmed order placed immediately. However supplier and delivery of goods extremely poor as no goods or any form of contact have been received for 12 days now so unable to review item until received if we ever get it even though payment was taken when order placed.”

“Delivery sooner than website indicated, very last minute text arrived on the morning delivery was due, so no time to arrange someone to be at home. Delivery was OK, no problem with driver, but packages damaged. Have photos if required. Not yet had time to assemble. Thank you”

“Haven't received the goods yet so unable to comment effectively. Whist still within the delivery period stated, it seems a long time in comparison with other things I have ordered over the internet. It is difficult being asked for a review before the goods have arrived.”

“Looks nice now erected.. however some instructions very vague. Also door frame to the sunhouse cut square but i had to cut angles out of each corner to fit in with rest of the frame”

“Customer service responded well to a request for product information (bin store). However, once I'd ordered, the web site was not updated with delivery details and the unit arrived at the last possible moment in the stated delivery window. It's yet to be seen how they respond to my pending complaint regarding the quality of the product, once I have their feedback I will update this review or add another.”

“The shed was reasonably good quality however there aren’t enough fixings with the pack. I had to go to b&q for another window latch too as it only came with two”

“Pleased with the item that we purchased and the speed in which it arrived, but unfortunately some parts were damaged which I managed to repair. This was the fault of the carrier that you used, maybe the packaging could have been more substantial.”
