Well priced and as described. Arrived within the time frame giving when placing the order. Unfortunately I didn't receive a email notifying me of dispatch so lucky I was at home when delivered.

Well I wasn't very happy as it looks very complicated to put together..maybe it is just me but I didn't realise it needed that degree of work.

No problem buying the product but delivery was awful. We waited in a full day and item wasn’t delivered. I contacted your sales team about 4 times to enquire about delivery and was given various reasons!! Item finally received 8 days later. Really put off buying online/phone. Not erected the arbor yet.

Product seems of a good quality and the price was very competitive but delivery problems let them down. First delivery failed to materialise, promised 2nd delivery never happened nor the 3rd, the 4th arrived at 9.30am despite being told 'afternoon at the earliest'...but we got there in the end...I would use this company again.

Never received my item on time had to call to chase 6 days later. However staff was very polite and working towards getting the problem solved

Fast delivery & easy to assemble. Supply of coir & worms in compost was insufficient. Would have been happy if they told me that I needed extra compost & waste prior to delivery to fill the bin.

Item arrived on day stated and was delivered in good condition. I was very disappointed though that when delivery was being arranged, I was only offered an all day delivery and then was told that even on the day the driver would be unable to contact me to say that he/she would be there in next hour or so. This is a poor delivery service offer compared to other providers and would not be of any use if I was working away from home that day. So, not sure I'd use this company again if the delivery arrangements continued to be as they were offered.

Quick service from order to delivery. However I was allocated a delivery date of the 11 12 17 which I changed over the telephone to the 13 12 17 as I would not be at home. Attempts were still made to deliver on the 11 12 17 and I received a call from the driver on the 11 12 17 when I was out of area and not best placed to receive a call. I reaarranged with the driver and item duly turned up on the 13 12 17. Not the driver's issue but a loss in communication somewhere along the way!

The product is great in fact I've ordered a second one but the delivery company DX was shoddy, their depot is in the middle of no where, doesn't have a reception and from the corridor you have to wait in you can see them throwing large parcels twelve feet onto a conveyor belt which had me worried. Fortunately no damage except one of the side panel screws had fallen out and was loose in the box.

Disappointed. Packing of butterfly not good even delivery man commented. Butterfly looks good in the day but non existent lights at night.

good service but quality control needs attention as two plugs that fit into the end bars which then allows you to screw it together where missing.

By being very prompt when answering the phone. But not so happy when I discovered several splits on the edges of my garden gate. However I was promised a new replacement one, which was good..apart from a small split which I managed to glue-up. I am happy generally, but there has been frustration and there does seem to be a real lack of communication in some areas, for example, I was not kept informed of when the faulty gate was to be collected and was out when it was taken..with no note or message left or any mention of when the replacement gate was to arrive. Therefore I rang the next morning(Thursday)to try and find out what the situation was and no-one knew,but did say that they would find out and call back, which they did, saying the new one would be with me the following Monday. Image my surprise then, when it was delivered at 7.30 am the very next morning(Friday) I rang to say it had been unexpectedly delivered and this was as much of a surprise to Dave of Garden Street. All very confusing! Anyway all's fine now thank goodness! but I must say that I will have to think twice now before buying from you again.

Well they confirmed my order immediately no issues there, but I still don't know when I will receive my garden summer house. This I find to be very nerve racking, there is no way of tracking the order.

We are glad to see that the carriers have contacted you on the number provided and arranged a delivery to take place on the 7th working day. Item arrived well packaged. Unfortunately some gems had fallen off in box but was able to stick them back on with glue. Would have liked a warning that the picture was on the box in case it was a present.

Garden Street customer service itself was on the whole good but the carriers they use to deliver are not. Wheelie Bin storage was supposed to be delivered on a Friday between 8 and 6 but was delivered on Monday morning at 7.16 a.m. Received plenty of texts before arrival from carriers but no number to ring when it didn't arrive. Waited in all day and didn't receive a phone call to say it wouldn't be coming until Monday. Bin storage was broken when we unpacked it but was sorted out efficiently.
