“I am really pleased with the log store I bought but not so much with its delivery- despite calling to rearrange the date of its delivery having been given less than 24 hours notice of what it would be , talking to a very nice man on the phone, explaining I wouldn’t be in and changing the delivery date with him it was still delivered the following day, left at the back of my house and got wet as it rained that day and the packaging allowed some of the rain in.”

“Ordered a garden gate on the 28th September and it didn’t arrive within the 14 day. On the 16th day I called and asked about the item to be informed it was out of stock until the 22nd October. It would have been nice to have been informed without me having to chase. I didn’t however get good customer service when I contacted them and it did arrive on the 22nd October and the gate looks good.”

“Very good product great quality I would recommend garden street. Only down side was the delivery time although said it was in stock took some 3 weeks to get the item make improvements on this Or list the item as out of stock with a lead time. But overall good service.”

“I was not around at time of delivery but the delivery man did keep in touch and discussed with me where he could leave the bulky delivery. The communication was positive and helpful. However, when I collected the parcel from my neighbour it was damaged in two places, large cracks in the wood. It was only because I felt I could make reasonable repairs and that I did not wish further delays that I have not complained and asked for a replacement.”

“Good product and a fair price. Some confusion over delivery as I contacted them to say that we were away on the date given only to find another date when we were away was given for delivery. In the end, we agreed delivery could take place in our absence. I assume there were some communications problems with the company delivering.”

“The delivery arrived but the seat was missing, had a saga one the phone and eventually the seat was delivered later the same day. One side of the swing bench was drilled correctly and easy to assemble , the other we had to re drill the holes to be able to get the washers in so frustrating & some off the holes did not line up and made it difficult to put nuts on the bolts. The Bench leaked a lot of sap over the summer months to the point where we could not sit on it , tried Knot seal but it did not work. it was a very hot summer but sure there should not of been sap along the whole length of some of the wooden seat planks if the wood had been dried properly. One side support also had a split in it. it offers a 10 years guarantee sounds great but this is only against ROT. it could be a good product as quite sturdy our experience makes it hard to recommend to anyone.”

“The goods arrived as stated packaging was a bit damaged. The actual shelving was not as expected which in my opinion was below standard. I think that the shelves should have had end caps to make it look a bit more robust, more pleasing to the eye. However they match the build of the shed flimsy not really fit for purpose”

“There is nothing wrong with the quality, but not happy the fixing for the arch is only for onto a solid base. Might be I read the description wrong? And made the assumption it could be fixed into grass/earth too. So now we have to contrive someway of fixing into the ground.”

“Ordered a garden gate and it said 7-14 days delIvery which is absolutely fine but since I’ve bought it I’ve not had any communication at l regarding potential delivery date which means I can’t arrange fitting. I’m hoping I will get some communication & it’s not going to just arrive when I am not at home!”

“Sorry,can't write a full review, as the item I ordered was subsequently found to be discontinued. On searching online for a replacement item I found that most of the alternative choices seem to have been removed? In fairness I was informed asap and am awaiting a refund.”

“Climbing frame ok although the box arrived before I got up and it looked as if it had been dropped from 20ft in the air I was surprised that it was all.there other wise it was all ok”
