“Garden street delivery service could probably do with being evaluated... their website states 3-5 working days, but then got an email from delivery company which stated 5-16 days. Then when challenged as I hadn't heard anything, the order had been slipped, and had to wait 18 days (no escalation available) for the item to be delivered. Instructions could have been better but these storage units are generally made from cheap products anyway.”

“Overall the delivery of item (although slow) has been good with decent communication. The product itself seems to be sturdy now that it is up, however the one let down is the instructions, you have to be prepared to set this up with no instructions at all. It took much longer than necessary to set up, we had to sit down and work out for ourselves how to fit everything together. The instructions and images were so terrible they might as well not include them. Apart from that and maybe the door being slightly stiff we are happy with the overall product, but we will avoid buying anything from this brand in the future for this reason.”

“I would never buy a plastic lamp again the top holder was broke so I had to glue it together and the pole would not come apart it had to be forced all together not very good”

“Rowlinson Plastic Tall Utility Store Product Code: MOC11811 Customer Service from Garden Street was very good. However, the product was found to be damaged on arrival (Door Cracked). Garden Street quickly arranged for a repalcement door to be sent. However, on trying to assemble the item, it was very poorly made and did not fit together and the plastic parts kept popping apart!! I decided it was not fit for purpose and requested that it be collected and money refunded. Garden Street were very efficient in collecting the item and refunding money. But the item was terrible. I suggest that they remove tis from their website.”

“Our order time was originally acceptable to us but was changed after the order was placed and extended beyond our needs so we cancelled and the refund was made promptly without any quibbling and most efficiently. Thanks you.”

“The gate that we bought was really good quality and we are extremely happy with it, However, there was no phone call to arrange delivery so the first time no one was in so the man had to come a second time of my arranging. He said that he often had to deliver an item twice due to the lack of arrangements.”

“Result was good but delivery different to expectation as contact initially from delivery service suggested two deliveries and I had to call Garden Street to get better knowledge and when to expect Garden Village provided polite and help to sort out i am mostly pleased with product although garden creations corner fence showed a vertical and horizontal panel fixed together I got only horizontal rails no panel had vertical rails I have had to improvise my ideas!! Product quality is good.”

“We ordered garden arches for delivery in two weeks. Garden Street changed the delivery to 6-8 weeks, which we could not live with, so they quickly refunded our money.”

“Product just as advertised and just what I wanted, Delivery was very slow took nearly three weeks from order. I had to telephone Garden Street to find out what was happening. Garden Street personnel were very helpful and got everything moving. Delivery finally occurred on the day agreed with a very pleasant and helpful driver. Rating would have been much better if delivery had been within 7 days as advertised and I had not had to chase up.”

“The service was good with a phone call to discuss delivery but the packaging wasn't substantial enough and the box was quite damaged. Luckily the bird table wasn't but you definitely need to package them better – stronger cardboard and bubble wrap perhaps.”

“Generally happy with the product, service and delivery. Only downside was I specifically asked if the door could be hung on either side and was told yes. It can't. The rebate for the door mounting is "handed", resulting in me having to do some emergency carpentry and buy different hinges.”

“Easy process to order but only one item arrived had to chase up second piece , nice friendly service on phone and second piece arrived few days later. Took 3 weeks from order date to delivery one email sent to chase up . Would have been nice to receive email to update me on my order.”

“Bought this small wood store online which was delivered promptly. Annoyingly though I had to spend a fair amount of time repairing the side and roof panels as some nails were missing or not properly installed. Once fixed though the final assembled product is good.”

“We got a good deal on the Vitavia Greenhouse from this company but do feel they need to review their customer service procedures. There was a delay in delivery, nothing to do with Garden Street but it was up to us to keep phoning and checking on the status. At no time did anyone contact us to make sure the product had a arrived. It is a large purchase, not insignifcant amount of money and we expected more.”
