“Ordered a wheelbarrow, got an order confirmation email and then nothing for 8 days. Phoned twice, was told a couple delivery dates, no email from the dispatch, nothing. Was told that if it didn’t arrive on those two dates I could get a refund. Needless to say, it didn’t arrive and so called after the weekend to get my refund. I think the service was appalling and I certainly wouldn’t order from Garden Street again.”

“Ordered 2 wheel bull barrow, still not recurved after 2w. Upon chasing company could only tell me the item should have been comming direct from supplier, when they called me back they advised it had been dispatched (couldn’t say when) but has been lost A replacement was offered but I requested a refund”

“Prompt delivery,item as described and no surcharge for delivery to a Scottish postcode, so cheaper than buying this Agriframes item from the manufacturer. Courier left parcel propped against front door which was not ideal but we found it quickly so no harm done.”

“I am very impressed with Garden Street. Had never heard of them before but as l could not find what i was looking for in other outlets or they were far too dear k did a google search. Garden street had exactly what l wanted and a very reasonable price even with delivery. Very prompt service. Comes flat pack but easily built up (so my husband says). Would definitely purchase again from Garden Street and would recommend them. Keep up the good work. Happy customer.”

“The shelterlogic log stand had a manufacturing fault; one if the support stands was bent. I notified Garden Street and a new support stand was depatched first class mail and I received it the following day. So I cannot fault Garden Street on customer service, hence I have give them 5 stars.”
