“Great shed, very easy to put together and looks good. Delivery was slightly later than we hoped for but for a better price than anyone else so worth it.”

“Although the customer service was first class the standard of the product was absolute rubbish for the price. After delivery of two different ones, both sub-standard, i gave up and asked for a full refund.”

“Delivery was on time. Easy to follow instructions to set up the wormery. Worms settled and happy although did expect two bags of worms. Hoping these feel at home soon and increase in numbers.”

“Received Gazebo, however some of the parts do not fit together. Called customer service 6 times now. Been told twice replacement pieces on way. Then got told they tried to deliver, We were home and never a delivery. A month later, Now have been told, no replacement parts will be sent out, instead a Mod Kit Fix Kit will be sent out. Feel very disappointed. This should be the manufacturers job to send the correct pieces and not mine to modify parts with a fix kit.. some pieces of metal don’t even have the threads in the holes to screw pieces together. Not happy”

“Palram 6 x 3 shed in grey. Good price and arrived within time frame. Attractive looking and sturdy shed. Took two of us ( aged over 60 and 70) a day to construct. Watching Palram applications video first was helpful.”

“I order my garden furniture being told that the item was in stock and would be delivered in 2-5 days, and someone would contact me to arrange delivery. Over a week passed with nothing from the company, so I chased and got a response saying oh sorry item is out of stock now, you'll be contacted when item is back in stock. Another 1.5 weeks pass and still no contact, so I chase again and get told not to worry item back in soon and someone will contact me to arrange delivery day. A few days pass and I had to go home from work early due to another reason, and guess what it turns up that day. With no contact whatsoever from delivery. Sheer luck I was home. `Customer Service is not good! Least I finally got the item though.”
