“This is a great little arbour for the price. It isn't very big but is good quality and very solid and looks lovely.There's a 7 year warranty included so a pretty good buy. Delivery took 2 weeks ( a phone call direct from supplier to arrange delivery date ) and arrived when expected.Advice from delivery driver on painting before assembling so can't fault at all.”

“Very unhappy with the level of service. Order became lost in the system and only processed once I emailed to ask where it was. Item arrived two weeks late. Once the item did arrive, it was damaged. For a £150 item, I was refunded £15 for the inconvenience. Complete lack of empathy and customer care.”

“I can’t say much as I had no cause to actually contact Garden Street. I only used the online order page. All ok with the order though. Delivery was estimated as 7-14 days. Package arrived within 3 days.”

“Ordering from the website was simple, on arrival two small parts were missing ,one call to garden gate and the parts arrived within two days from the manufacturer ,the staff we spoke to over the phone were both pleasant and helpful, the product was exactly as described, I will have no hesitation in recommending this company and will remain a customer in the future”

“Not great the lead time of 10-15 days was long enough but when I called to see what was happening with delivery it had been delayed by another 5-10 days I would expect what is a third party handler to be on top of their game. I had to cancel my order. My money however was refunded promptly in full. Lisa”
