“will be unable to assemble the garden arch I have received for perhaps a least two weeks so I am unable to comment as to the product in question! I hope when I get round to assemble that it is ok I cannot until I open the package know if it has been damaged!”

“Ordered a wooden patio set and everything was top rate! The order went through well and I received notifications re delivery and the vanman was excellent - took all 3 parcels right to the back exactly where I requested. Setting up the chairs was easy-peasy - all ready assembled. The table presented more of a challenge as soon of the drawings were not easy to understand. Then the final bolt would not go in - there was no hole in the strut! I phoned the office and the staffman was very helpful. All I then did was to drill a hole in exactly the right place - and everything fitted! No problem. Now this new dining set looks great and was "christened" last Sunday when we had some sunshine for lunchtime. Look forward to using this a LOT this summer! Thank you Garden Street - delighted.”

“We ordered garden arches for delivery in two weeks. Garden Street changed the delivery to 6-8 weeks, which we could not live with, so they quickly refunded our money.”

“The quality of the goods was really good but the website said 2-3 days delivery and they’d let me know when it was dispatched. A week later I was still waiting and so contacted via website. I think they forgot my order but I did get it 2 days later”

“I normally do not write reviews however given the service I received from staff on the day I visited I thought it worth giving one. I wasn’t entirely sure what I was looking for in terms of garden furniture on the day I visited however I must have pestered the staff every 5 minutes asking questions and they were all very helpful. When I finally decided on what I wanted (after sending pictures to the wife)! I approached a gentleman (I cannot recall his name but suspected he was a manager). He sat me down, got the details, took payment and asked if I ever return to speak with him and he will arrange best deal. He was a gentleman. Goods arrived on date agreed and couriers off loaded and placed where I wanted without any hesitation. I will certainly return as I still need a few bits closer to summer (BBQ, umbrella, loungers etc). I normally wouldn’t be the happiest person parting with 2k however on this occasion I felt I got good quality garden furniture at a very good price and was more than happy with my purchase. I just need the weather this year to enjoy. Will definitely recommend to anyone looking for good service, good price and good quality products. See you soon. Thanks.”
