“Gates are good and as advertised. Delivery was the issue. No delivery date confirmed. On day 6 or the advertised 4-7 days I emailed to check as hadn't heard. Email received just stated delivery company would be in touch. Nothing ever received. On day 7 the gate were delivered to my elderly neighbour as we were not aware. Driver was not very polite as he had also tried to deliver the day before. If I had of been notified as confirmed someone would have been in. I did not heard anything from the deliver people or customer services to see if anything had been delivered and all okay. Product good but customer service not so good.”

“Quick response to online queries. Ordered & delivered promptly, helpful,polite driver. The gazebo looks lovely, the only ‘gripe’ is the floor has gaps between the boards which means having to purchase outdoor rug.”

“One of the three wooden planters I ordered was broken. The product I ordered was extremely poor quality, considering the price I paid. However, Garden Street, did resolve the problem of a replacement promptly.”

“Good but a bit flimsy and needs extra wood supports and attention etc. A few uprights and cross pieces would help to make the lower structure more sturdy. Otherwise OK and saves lots of sawing an assembly work before actually putting things together.”

“We are still awaiting delivery of the products ordered as we were contacted shortly after the order was placed saying that there would be a 3 to 4 week delay in delivery due to manufacturing shortages.”

“Garden street delivery service could probably do with being evaluated... their website states 3-5 working days, but then got an email from delivery company which stated 5-16 days. Then when challenged as I hadn't heard anything, the order had been slipped, and had to wait 18 days (no escalation available) for the item to be delivered. Instructions could have been better but these storage units are generally made from cheap products anyway.”

“excellent quality of shed.delivery driver was excellent and helped me to carry shed right down to garage.whilst instruction sheet was adequate the photographs were so dark to make them impossible to make out.”
