“Rowlinson Plastic Tall Utility Store Product Code: MOC11811 Customer Service from Garden Street was very good. However, the product was found to be damaged on arrival (Door Cracked). Garden Street quickly arranged for a repalcement door to be sent. However, on trying to assemble the item, it was very poorly made and did not fit together and the plastic parts kept popping apart!! I decided it was not fit for purpose and requested that it be collected and money refunded. Garden Street were very efficient in collecting the item and refunding money. But the item was terrible. I suggest that they remove tis from their website.”

“Superb customer service all the way, from the beginning had questions about the product and they too the time to phone the manufacturer and come back to me. Whole ordering process was easy and booking delivery simple. Product was delivered on time and in perfect condition. Excellent value for money and has made a beautiful workshop for us, would highly recommend.”

“I read the negative reviews bit decided to give them a chance (as the fence panels I wanted were 30pct less that anywhere else). I couldn't have been happier - they arrived 3 days later and the quality is percectly good. Thanks!”

“Quick delivery, great service and price. A lovely shed, very easy to put together (first attempt in strong wind - not recommended). Easy to follow instructions and manged to construct without any help. Fits together very well and although appears flimsy, once together a very solid construction. YouTube video available but did not need. Loads of space for my bikes a d garden tools etc.”

“This is a great little arbour for the price. It isn't very big but is good quality and very solid and looks lovely.There's a 7 year warranty included so a pretty good buy. Delivery took 2 weeks ( a phone call direct from supplier to arrange delivery date ) and arrived when expected.Advice from delivery driver on painting before assembling so can't fault at all.”
