“From start to finish, from placing the order on your website to delivery the service was excellent. Great communication and the unit fits perfectly and looks great in our hallway. Saved £56 on this unit compared to other retailers. Was worried the service wouldn't stack up but couldn't have been more wrong. First class.”

“The ordering process was quick and easy online. The price was good and we knew delivery would be fairly swift. It stated that a courier company would contact me to arrange a delivery date. In fact I came home one day to find it had arrived and been dumped on the drive. Not ideal! The gazebo looks great but we did need to get the manufacturer to supply some additional pieces. We had some incorrect pieces in the package. But overall we are pleased with our purchase.”

“ordered Thursday 4th April, promised delivery following Tuesday 9th April, delivery failed to materialise. Next delivery date 3weeks later 29th April. all with no discussion or choice so I cancelled the order.”

“Ordered fencing, lots of nails missing, had to bang the nails in as they weren't in properly, gaps in the panelling where they shouldn't be, ok but wouldn't buy again. Delivery chap nice but late and didn't contact me until 45 mins after the delivery time.”

“I had previously ordered the same item from another retailer only to be told that it was not in stock and would not be stocked again. I had to pre-order from you as indeed the manufacturer was not stocking it at the time, but you knew that they WOULD have stocks soon. The ordering process with you was efficient, and I payed a bit less that I had originally been going to.”
