Ordered and paid for my shed on May 9th, had a confirmation email, then another saying 'awaiting stock', ad that was it until Aug 6th when I suddenly had a phone call re delivery ! I was assuming you had gone into liquidation as I had heard nothing for 3 months...

Hi wasn’t happy with table it’s not good under glass top too saggy I have bought this furniture before in brown table was much stronger underneath glass Regards Mrs Carruthers please get in touch thank you

I ordered a new Rolinson Shed from Green Street as i had used them before and was very pleased. This order was delivered with a damaged side panel, I telephoned the customer service team the same day and following their advise emailed a photo and [art number. 10 days later after not hearing a word, I re-emailed the customer service team with the photo and part number, i also tried to phone them, but unable to get an answer. I have now had to replace the damaged part myself as I needed to construct my shed. I find the service and communication extreemly poor as I have had no telephone call or even an email regarding the replacement part.A BIG let down this time from Green Street....

No option to select or even view delivery dates at the point of purchase. No communication for weeks and then the item is dumped outside with no warning of delivery.

Love the product but it was damaged in transit and having reported it I’ve just been ignored. Appalling customer service. Avoid this company! The few pounds I saved by buying from Garden Style will now pale in to insignificance in relation to the legal costs of forcing them to uphold the law...

Product was showing in stock, bit of a surprise to eventually find that delivery would take a month and a half. Still haven't received the product yet so I can't actually review it but have received several requests to review which is a bit irritating. Stock status is entirely misleading, don't believe it, ask for a confirmed delivery.

Initial delivery went astray and it took over 4 weeks to complete delivery of the order. However, Garden Street tried very hard to complete the delivery, and at considerable expense, to themselves, as the initial order eventually arrived - and had to be returned,

WEB132955 This is the reference number for the order, which was made on 20-6. I was told that it would be in stock on 06-7 and then there is a lead period of time of 21-28 days. So God knows if and when in August I will receive it

This is the 2nd time I have been asked for a review I placed my order on 7th june it's now 22nd of July and have still not recieved my order so not very happy at the moment.

firstly I ordered the parasol on Saturday and was informed that it was in stock and would be dispatched Monday or Tuesday, as I purchased it especially for a function on the following Saturday, the following Saturday and no parasol, so I called the store only to be told they were busy and I could either wait until they had time to send it or get a refund, both solutions were no good for me. It finally arrived 12 days after ordering, it seems ok but for a couple of small pin holes in the cover and also no strap for for securing the cover when not opened, so the parasol flap about, so an average purchase.

I fully appreciate that things are not as usual at this time, but when I ordered my items you told me they were in stock and I paid and ordered them only to be telephoned many weeks later not from Garden Street but the supplying company that they would be at least a month before they could supply the goods due to the Covid situation which I fully understood. I finally received my order yesterday. I just think that it would have been better to have better communication from Garden Street and I personally think that there is definite room for improvement with their customer service and taking payment when they did not have the items in stock

On chasing up delivery of gazebo and arch found out that the gazebo was unavailable so asked for money back on that item but still waiting for delivery of arch. Their email communications are polite and sound helpful but its a pity that they failed to identify items not available. Has I not asked I doubt if they would have contacted me and my money would still be out of my account. So for customer service I can only rate 2 star.
