WEB132955 This is the reference number for the order, which was made on 20-6. I was told that it would be in stock on 06-7 and then there is a lead period of time of 21-28 days. So God knows if and when in August I will receive it

This is the 2nd time I have been asked for a review I placed my order on 7th june it's now 22nd of July and have still not recieved my order so not very happy at the moment.

firstly I ordered the parasol on Saturday and was informed that it was in stock and would be dispatched Monday or Tuesday, as I purchased it especially for a function on the following Saturday, the following Saturday and no parasol, so I called the store only to be told they were busy and I could either wait until they had time to send it or get a refund, both solutions were no good for me. It finally arrived 12 days after ordering, it seems ok but for a couple of small pin holes in the cover and also no strap for for securing the cover when not opened, so the parasol flap about, so an average purchase.

I fully appreciate that things are not as usual at this time, but when I ordered my items you told me they were in stock and I paid and ordered them only to be telephoned many weeks later not from Garden Street but the supplying company that they would be at least a month before they could supply the goods due to the Covid situation which I fully understood. I finally received my order yesterday. I just think that it would have been better to have better communication from Garden Street and I personally think that there is definite room for improvement with their customer service and taking payment when they did not have the items in stock

On chasing up delivery of gazebo and arch found out that the gazebo was unavailable so asked for money back on that item but still waiting for delivery of arch. Their email communications are polite and sound helpful but its a pity that they failed to identify items not available. Has I not asked I doubt if they would have contacted me and my money would still be out of my account. So for customer service I can only rate 2 star.

No notification of order being dispatched from either Garden Street or the courier company used. Came home to find three palettes stacked infant of my door, prohibiting entry. Careless and thoughtless handling. The company have yet to respond to my email either and are not answering calls - supposedly due to Covid.

Very disappointing service. The product was unsuitably heavy given our ageing years(!!) However there was no suggestion when we purchased the item that they would not support us with a return. Having looked into the cost of returning it was £60 cheapest. My husband and I have no previous experience of shipping bulky items and wrongly presumed when we purchased it that the supplier would organise for a collection if unsuitable. This was not the case and we received the ‘we’re too busy to deal with this’! So unable to make the £60 return costs, we are now left with a beautiful garden shade too big and too heavy for us to use and move and too expensive to return. VERY upset!!

Ordered a Willow Gazebo and Arch but after a while decided to ask when to expect delivery only to be told that the Gazebo was now unavailable. I agreed to a refund as I have found another supplier who can do the same products at a lower price. Early days yet but still waiting to hear about my refund.

I am sure it will be good but as my order (8th June, 21 days ago) hasn't arrived yet, I'm assuming that this is due to the present Covid-19 situation? My fingers are crossed that it will eventually arrive safely, so still hoping. I hope to be able to do this review when my chair has arrived. Then it will be 5 stars!

I know we are in unprecedented times,however no communication throughout the whole time of 30 working days after order was too much. Then after I email first they say I have a few days to wait then my order actually moves to dispatch. Still not received 8 working days later so I ask them where it is to be told it's out of stock till 06 july. If my refund is sorted promptly I will edit my review and rate them higher as good customer service and this would of just been unfortunate.

Not much communication after placing the order. Didn’t know when it would arrive. It was delivered by Palram but should they have confirmed delivery? Product description on the Garden Street website was not very detailed, so it was a bit hit or miss whether it would be suitable.

Ordered our bench 31st May (website said in stock) not had a confirmation of delivery date. Emailed to chase a week ago, had a reply to say they would check & get back to me. Nothing yet 😟.

Expected a functioning compost bin, received something like a Jenga puzzle, tools required to build. Also untreated wood was wet. I should have ordered a plastic type at third of cost.

Need to manage customer expectations and advertise realistic delivery times. I was told on more than one occasion it would arrive by a certain date, that date passed, the revised date also passed. Product was good quality when it finally arrived but only 2 stars given due to poor customer service.

After less than a month the seat is showing numerous cracks around the armrests some so deep they have run into the manufacturers strut holes,Please see enclosed photographs, I look forward to your comments and sultion Yours a disappointment bikerted
