The item was said to be in stock but it wasn't. Still waiting for delivery so cannot comment on service. They did apologise by email when I contacted them, but they could have spoken to me to explain.....Goods said to arrive at end of June. We will wait and see.

I ordered an item on 20/05 knowing that Garden Street was awaiting stock. On 12/06 I received an e-mail saying 'We can confirm that stock has arrived, and your order dispatched. This should be with you in the next 3-7 working days.' It's now 16 days on, the delivery firm XDP has my item but I've heard nothing from it regarding the delivery date

The play house I paid £979.99 for arrived mouldy (green and furry white mould), water logged and dirty. I had to dismantle the windows just to clean the filth, then clean and sand every part. No care was taken in the design and construction, I had to modify several parts and buy longer screws for some parts. The structure would have been a lot stronger is they hadn’t cut everything over 1.5m long in half. To many structural design issues to me soon here. What really irritated me is that they enclosed an excuse sheet, attempting to justify poor quality. I understand that wood warps and leaks sap, just don’t store it outside where is can’t dry properly

I would love to review my parasol which I ordered on the 1st June and full payment was taken but as of Sunday 21st June it has still not arrived and the tracking info shows waiting for dispatch!! Your delivery time was 7-14 working days of which is well exceeded now and your phone lines are not operated and you advice 72 hour response time on your email enquires. I appreciate these are exceptional and difficult times but all the same don’t give a Covid 19 delivery advice if you can not keep to it. Sorry but as of now I’m not at all impressed.

What can I say? Bought a Rowlinson planter and when I started to assemble it I came to fix the lattice/box back i found that one of the main frame spars was broken. I have emailed Rowlinson and am waiting for a reply.

Very poor experience. My order was lost in the system for a week, then I was told one of the items was out of stock in the colour I wanted. So I changed the colour. A week later I got delivery but only for part of the order. I had to chase up where the other item was, only to be told that was also out of stock and would be available in another two weeks. I cancelled the second item. Emails were impersonal, took 1-2 days and contained misunderstandings. Totally disorganised. Would not buy from them again. Very disappointed.

Hard to do a review when item still not received after 3 weeks since ordered; originally was 10 working days. Not received any communication to say when to expect order and nothing showing when I log in to my account. Item now showing out of stock on website so no idea when to expect delivery.

Not received order yet after being promised 7 to 14 day delivery time. Due to pandemic left it 3 weeks but after chasing found my order had been missed. Now item out of stock. Have to wait another 6 weeks!

This is the second time I have shopped with Garden Street. Both times the goods have arrived damaged and my time has been wasted chasing replacement parts. I am still awaiting a replacement seat for our new bench. It is is also annoying not to be able to ring up, habit to communicate only by email. Disappointed.

Purchased a lovely berometer online, was going to be a father's Day but sadly my order was cancelled with no reason why. I would have happily waited until it was in stock if that was the problem.

Still not received! Goods were ordered 30th May with a 5 -10 day delivery. As at 20th June still no goods and no contact from Garden Street.

I had purchased a beautiful table and 4 chairs for the garden on 26th March 2020 I am totally disappointed with this company after being told it was to be delivered and then it wasn't I took a day off work especially and they are not taking any calls at all and I emailed them 72hrs ago and they still haven't replied

Placed order 29/5 with a 7-14?day delivery, item showing as not dispatched yet and now out of stock on website. No communication received concerning my order

Unfortunately not a great experience. The shed was very late, mainly because of Covid shut down which is understandable. However communication with me about this was very poor with communication coming from Rowlinson (the shed manufacturer) as well and in a dislocated manner. Garden Street had no idea that my delivery had been cancelled due to stock being missing and then no idea that the delivery was actually coming (many weeks later). When it finally arrived, the shed felt roll which was at the bottom of the package was trashed (see photo) and Rowlinson have yet to replace it. I've now gone an bought new felt from Wickes as its been as week since I wrote back to say it was trashed and no response. The shed itself looks nice when its done but construction is pretty rough with slats on the door not even cut straight at the bottom.

I ordered an item, it didn’t turn up. I contacted the company to see where it was, at this point they advised me the product was out of stock and not due to arrive for another month. I don’t have a problem waiting but their website didn’t state the item was On preorder! And the company didn’t get in contact to tell me it was delayed.

Product was despatched from Leisure Go, not Garden Street. Poor communication meant set was two weeks late. Courier maintains they were given wrong customer details. Sadly two chairs were damaged when received. Still awaiting reply to my complaint. For a garden set costing approx. £600 I think this is really poor and would not deal with this company again.

I ‘m unable to rate higher as after buying the garden pod chair I was then emailed the following day to say it was out of stock. Even though I had paid for it.Not sure yet whether my money has been refunded to my card but the company says I have. So unfortunately I can’t review the product.
