Still missing parts from the Shed I purchased and not sure if they will be arriving or not. Really frustrating as spent almost £500 to get a good quality product.

Service was average - had to chase garden street after waiting two weeks for delivery only to be told that they had problems with their supplier. The article when it came was of OK quality apart from the fixing bolts which were insufficient to hold the canopy on the wall and had to be substituted for a more robust alternative from Screwfix

Cant get hold of them for love nor money by phone or email, still havent had my item and still no idea when its arriving! Would love to know though!

Took over a month from ordering. 93 screws, bolts did not fit. Would spend more next time and buy one alreadg assembled. Took 6 hours, not good. Looks nice now assembled. Husband suffers with back and legs pain so verg stressful

Tom at Garden Street 10/10 Excellent. I am still waiting for my situation to be resolved following the fact that the order was sent out early despite specifically having requested it not to be. Only 1/2 the order has arrived, goodness knows where the rest is and when that will be delivered. I do hope I might find out what is happening in the coming week.

Ordered an item over a month ago to find out last week that the item had actually been misplaced and was now out of stock until the end of this month. Still selling on the website although I know to 7 to 14 days delivery isn't possible as they're out of stock. Service could be managed much better if your site was up to date and you kept in contact with customers to update them on their order, unfortunately I had to chase to find out the above. On a plus note I was offered a refund and it was processed quickly.

Order wasn’t picked up as out of stock but when ordered website said in stock. Registered for online access but then could never login. Tried numerous password resets but couple of days before received email!! Still waiting for order......

Worst customer service i've encountered in a long time. Making allowances for covid, it is excessive to wait three or four days for email responses. They won't give a number to call where spmebody actually answers. All your calls go to answerphone, then they might (if you are lucky) call you back from a witheld number. In my case, it took several weeks to get a quote on a custom gate. When i got the quote, i paid and was promised 14-28 days delivery. After 20 days they contacted me (by email of course!) and asked for another £20 as they had 'misquoted me'. I suggested they should meet me half way as it was their issue not mine and asked for a guaranteed delivery date. I was refused the £10 contribution to their error and told it would be 14-28 days "from now"....after having waited three weeks to complete the order due to their poor contact and a further three weeks for them to try to extract a further $30 from me. Sheisters......with shocking poor appreciation for customer service. You have been warned!

Lots of delays in deliveries and communication based on Covid apparently. Telephones switched off, email answered eventually apart from, it would seem, when the wrong items have been delivered. No response on that one.

Well we ordered a fire pit at the time a pre-order which was due to take 3 weeks. Two weeks later we were told it won’t be in till October/November time. Very poor and they should have said up front item not available.

Possibly not their fault but they use DX as couriers. Bad mistake. First of all they only delivered part 1 of 2 of a self build arbour. When this was pointed out it took 2 weeks to rectify. Partly because Garden street were slow to respond and the TWICE, yes TWICE DX lost the part even though it was showing on their system. They need to control their suppliers/couriers, hence 2 stars.

Where I appreciate the problems around the current pandemic, I feel I was treated poorly during my transactions. I received generic email after generic email and struggled to find out what was going on with my order. I eventually received the non-faulty replacements but it all took far too long. I will not be using Garden Street again.

I ordered and paid in full for this item on 30 June. It has not yet been delivered (as of 24 August) and no communication has been made regarding likely delivery date. If there are supply issues, then It would be most appropriate to be clear and realistic about this to the buyer on the website (so the customer can make an informed decision about whether to purchase or not).

In 1969, 3 men went to the moon and back and it took them 8 days, 3 hours, 18 minutes and 35 seconds. My shed still hasn’t arrived and it’s only due to make a 40 mile one way trip. It was due in stock on the 20th of July. How can you explain that it won’t be delivered until September 21st? Is it going by Uranus?

Product was broken when it arrived. New part was send but took two weeks to arrive. This also arrived in poor condition so complained and have yet to receive a reply after a week.

I was told the item I wanted to purchase was not in stock, but only after I had paid for the item. Not really that efficient.

Telephoned and you told me it was in stock so I ordered it right away on 8th June 2020. Emailed you on 10th July as had not received my garden furniture. Email back from you saying will be in touch within 5 days. You did not get in touch. Sent you an email marked URGENT on 20th July you replied saying you would find out where my furniture was. I waited 5 days but you did not get back to me. I phoned Rowlinsons the Suppliers who told me the item was out of stock. I am unhappy with the service as nobody from Garden Street told me it was out of stock. Rowlinsons asked for my order number and told me this information right away. Garden Street knew my order number so should have been able to give me this information. The only method of speaking to you was by email, which wasn't satisfactory as you did not reply. Your company should have been contactable by telephone. I was able to contact Rowlinsons by phone, you should take a leaf out of their book.
