Awful. Ordered bench. Waited a month. Chased order. Was told stock had been ‘mis-allocated’ and would have to wait another 2 months. Eventually got money back. ☹️

Took forever to deliver and then one parcel went missing, all in all it took four weeks for a small log store to be delivered.

I ordered an awning and cover from Garden street. The awning was delivered, the cover wasn’t. The awning we discovered was actually unsuitable for the area in which we were going to use it. Following the return instructions I emailed Garden street to arrange collection of the awning and to advise them that the cover was missing. I have now emailed 3 times and am still waiting for collection instructions and a refund. I would not advise purchasing anything if there is the slightest chance you may need to return it! I am now £269 out of pocket!

Won’t shop here again. Ordered a bench on 12 March - now 17 April and still not arrived, no update, not possible to reach anyone on the phone, no reply to online enquiry. Just terrible and concerned about the money I’ve spent and wether I’ll ever receive my goods! Worst shopping experience in a long time - recommend you shop elsewhere!

Ordered product that was in stock with 3-7 days delivery. Chased product after 7 days, informed it was with delivery company and would get back to us. No feedback, chased again following week with a similar response. Informed that if we didn't get a delivery date within 24 hrs would cancel order. Order cancelled the following day.

Absolutely appalling service, delays, cancelled delivery slots, delivery re booked for today still no shed. Customer services very unhelpful. Very poor service from the start and still nearly 5 weeks later no shed has arrived and no one has returned my calls or made any contact. VERY UNHAPPY

After ordering a dining set that said it was in stock then not receiving it I was very disappointed that I had to chase the item only to be told the product wasn't available?! Firstly why advertise a product as In stock when it clearly wasn't. I was just told i could either cancel or wait?! I have had no further communication. I have waited because now everything else I liked is now out of stock. The only communication I have had is asking me for a review?! No updates 😕 I now don't know if I should just cancel or wait. Shocking communication and also misleading advertising saying item was in stock delivery should have been within 14 days. Very disappointed.

If you are thinking of purchasing this product be warned. The quality is a disgrace. The design is ok, but the manufacture of the components is laughable. Lots of split wood, screws poking through so sharp edges, lots of mis matched panels. I wasted about 2 to 3 hours rectifying these errors only to find the roof section was made incorrectly and I cannot modify. Perhaps Stevie Wonder should be sacked from head of inspection.

Ordered bin store Very disappointed with quality of the product. There were very few drill holes meaning you needed to drill and line up the parts yourself. As the wood is hard this was really hard indeed! It has resulted in ours being slightly out of line so had to chisel part of the door. Such a shame as the wood is solid and overall product looks good. For the money I expected better!

A nightmare to build due to the main wooden supports being warped and the stock I received looked old Lucky I am quite practical and was able to purchase additional wood to build Reported my problems but I didn’t get a reply - very poor

I have been asked to review a purchase of a parasol base which never even arrived!! I ordered it on 4th March 2021 and by the 28th March I had rung twice being told sorry but the person forgot to order it and another one was on its way. Oh but then they had to advise me that the second one a few days later couldn't be tracked because again, it was not even ordered. They were happy to take my money straight away. By the time they realised they needed to actually get one sent out to me, they had run out. Totally awful experience and would not want to shop here again through their incompetence.

I placed a order and it said 5-10 working days but I had to chase the order with the company to then be told they will look into it and then I recieved a email saying they are going to return the money , which I was annoyed about because it was a present for someone and we could not give it to her .

Avoid, after much deliberation on a purchase and choosing this furniture because it was in stock. I’m still waiting 4 weeks later for delivery. I didn’t want to order online but because of lockdown had no choice. Such poor customer service with promised call backs that don’t happen. If you want to order furniture pay no attention to the in stock dates dates - it’s the delivery dates they struggle with. Extremely disappointed.

Avoid like the plague. Paid out for a Bramble Playhouse for our daughters so not a cheap item. Manufacturing fault with the front panel as per pictures emailed to Mercia. Mercia blame Garden Street. Garden Street wash their hands of it and blame Mercia so we are stuck with an expensive playhouse that cant be put together. If I could give 0 stars I would I am afraid. Very disappointing. ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AT YOUR PERIL. Customer Service is non-existent. Absolute cowboys.

Accepted an order that they failed to fulfill. Very poor after sales, minimal effort to rectify the problem. Would strongly dissuade anyone purchasing a product from this company.
