Received 3out of 4 of the parts of the shed I ordered. Very little to no communication to explain if or when I will receive the other part. Have sent several emails with no replies.

Took my money for a bench they didn't have in stock. After weeks of waiting they would not communicate with me so I had to go to PayPal to get my money back. Now they want a review of my purchase🤣🤣🤣

Ordered 2 garden borders 4 weeks ago, only 1 arrived! Emailed and phoned Several times and still no respond , would not use again!

We placed our order on 23/3/21 with a promise of 7 to 14 working day delivery. After 14 days I emailed the delivery company, DB Freelance Ltd and received a very terse email response saying don’t email them as they are too busy. So I phoned Garden Street on 8th April and spoke to Grace who was very nice and promised to email me back to give me an update. I explained I had received an email asking for feedback but wanted to speak to them first. At this stage the website was still saying my product was in stock and 7 to 14 days delivery. On Friday 16th April I phoned Garden Street back and spoke to Holly who again was lovely and said she would get back to me. As of 25th April, I have heard nothing back from either Garden Street or DB Freelance. Today I received another email asking for feedback so here it is. Unreliable and untrustworthy, terrible communication.

I ordered item on the 20th march was told up to 20 days delivery which was OK due the present situations with covid 19 on the 15th April I called to ask we're my delivery I was told its with supplier I got a email to say delivery from May i asked for a refund which I now have but I would never use this company again I was really let down not getting my item.

Terrible customer service. Only part delivery, then took 2 weeks to say it would be collected. Another week or so 10 emails and 9 calls, still have no idea when they will collect or refund money. Don't believe them when they say in stock, in fact just buy from someone else.

STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY! we ordered a garden shed with floor at the start of March and we are still waiting on the floor to arrive!! The floor has now been sent back twice by the couriers due to being faulty. Garden Street have been terrible in dealing with this. We constantly have to chase them and get no reply after being told someone will call back. After spending over 2k on a shed we have absolutely nothing to show for it and Garden Street now want us to accept delivery of fault flooring as ā€˜it is easier to send our replacements parts than a full new floor’. We have experienced so much stress with a company and really wish we had never purchased through them!!

Would definitely not recommend. Ordered something in stock to arrive within 10 days. After 10 days I checked their website and item now saying out of stock. Had to email them to ask about it and told it was out of stock and would I like to wait for it or get a refund. I replied requesting a refund. Had to chase them 4 times over the space of 10 days asking them to acknowledge request of refund and to process it. Finally received reply and confirmation of refund with not a hint of an apology for delay. Terrible customer service.

Pre ordered an item and via on line help (chat) given a 7 to 14 day delivery lead time from item coming into stock. Confirmation email said 7 to 28 days, Now told it will be 50+ days. Delivery will be nearly 3 months after making payment. Customer services informed me that, and I quote, the Ts and Cs small print says ā€œtake lead times with a pinch of saltā€.

Shocking delivery service, took 2 weeks to get garden corner sofa set, received the set without a sitting pillow. Useless customer service, disappointed customer. Think twice before placing an order with these guys. I would not recommend this site to anyone . AVOID

Really disappointed with the level of customer service and the (non) delivery. Pre ordered on the site and once back in stock had to chase customer service 6 times before getting contacted by the courier. The courier then failed to deliver on the agreed date twice and ended up having to go get the item myself from the warehouse. Was not reimbursed for the hassle and will not be purchasing or recommending this site to friends and family.

Still awaiting my delivery for my order. No updates on when it will arrive. Same excuse that the shipment is delayed. Purchase was made as it was meant to be a 10 day delivery. Almost a month and still nothing. Very poor!!!

Absolutely terrible. Ordered a shed, which arrived with no fixtures or fittings. Had to constantly chase up emails to them as they wouldn’t reply. Eventually the fixtures and fittings arrived, booked a day off work to erect the shed to find that there were also three panels missing. My partner rang to request a full refund, they said they would email and arrange a refund and collection of the shed. Still waiting for that, so I will probably have to chase up again. Would never recommend this place to anyone.

I was disappointed when our shed arrived, damaged and the work man ship is very poor, sent photos and evidence to garden street. They replied with tell me what parts are bad and we will replace... basically needed a new shed as so many panels were involved. As we had booked time off work we had to repair and mend the shed ourselves. Garden street were not very interesting in the problems we had. Very sad that the company is happy to take your money but the customer service is very bad.

Took one week after ordering a gazebo it was out of stock totally unacceptable practice. Why does it take a week to inform their customer they actually don't have the item having already taken the money!! Be aware of this companies dodgy deals never again will we use them

I find it completely unacceptable that Garden Street should be asking for reviews of a product yet to be received. They know the delivery date and therefore should not ask for a review until at least 2 weeks after delivery.

Ordered a garden lounge set and coffee table in February, cushion was marked and coffee table broke, still waiting for replacement now. Offered no compensation, and still have no delivery date. AVOID

Ordered a gate 18 March and after 3 attempts was told 2day the gate at the time Was out of stock when we ordered it this is a bad way to treat a new customer
