“Product ok but poorly designed with some faulty pieces. Delivery fine.”

“My father ordered me a gold frame for my birthday. Due to Covid I only received my gift months later. The quality was TERRIBLE. Difficult to assemble, the pieces didn’t line up, the wood has split on places and there is a gaping gap in the lid. Not to mention the protective sticky plastic won’t fully come off the Perspex cover. I reported this to Garden Street who threw the 30 day returns policy at me and offered no further conversation. In normal circumstances I’d understand, however we’ve had a challenging and difficult year with most companies using Covid as an excuse to provide substandard service. My advice? Buy another product from another company.”

“I have not yet received the item I ordered despite being told it would be ready mid-April. I had to phone the company to find out what had happened to my order. I am now told it won’t be ready until June. I am not impressed.”

“Unfortunately we had to cancel our order of an arbour. The lady I spoke to was very polite and understanding. The money was refunded in 2 days with no trouble. I would certainly use them again.”

“Umbrella advertised as in stock. I ordered and paid online and then got an email saying 12 weeks wait. To be fair, it did say I could have a refund but I didn't have time to try to find alternatives. I'm still waiting for it.”

“Ordered two sheds on line. Came much more quickly than I expected. Had to contact Green Street as one plastic part had been damaged in transit. On-line support was very helpful, replaced part within a week, which was fine.”

“considering the the fee and importance of Covid-19 D2 & D8 tests I amn't satisfied with the service. It is day 9 already and still haven't received my D2 results. Posted and registered D8 already. Not sure when I will get the results.”

“Absolutely shocking organisation to deal customer service is really lacking, they make promises and don’t deliver on them, like we’ll send that but out again and surprisingly it didn’t arrive and they couldn’t give me a tracking number. They even failed to collect there item leaving me to spend time trying to book it in with the carrier. I really would stay well clear and just head to your local garden centre!”

“The goods were advertised as in stock mid may. Then out of the blue when I contacted them the goods are going to be delivered end of August. Misleading customers is never a good practice. Avoid if possible.”

“Quick and easy online ordering of garden bench. Took about 3 weeks to arrive so was within the expected time frame, although I had no screws or instructions included in the package. An email to Garden Street resolved this and I received a separate package a week or so later. Bench was really easy to put together once I had the screws. It feels very sturdy and solid and looks great 👍”

“Prices reasonable delivery within time estimated though communication about delivery could be better we were not told of our delivery that it was on it's way as a result we were out when it arrived so the driver phoned and luckily we were only 5 mins away”

“Ordered my shed which didn’t show out of stock, this was end March, supposedly 10-20 dispatch. As of 2 May still no shed and apparently now won’t come until end of May! Pretty poor service if you ask me. Not even an apology from customer service or any form of compensation. Won’t use again. Can’t even review the purchase as I don’t have it to review!”
