“I can't review a product I've never received. No attempt to keep me updated, the due date comes and goes and then new dates come and go... Always down to me to chase up. Does nobody go through backorders and keep customers updated? Basic customer service lacking.”

“Product and price good. But the delays!!! Delivery time stated as 7-14 days but was 5 weeks- the delivery company seems to wait until they are coming to the area so held on to our goods for 2 1/2 weeks before delivering and there was nothing we could do about that. We live quite near London so not exactly the Outer Hebrides! So very disappointing service overall, our project very delayed because of it.”

“We were not informed of delivery date it turned up out if the blue. Good job my husband was here to help driver. For what we paid quality of wood was poor. Warped and damp. The main bits did not havevore drilled holes leaving my husband to negotiate how to drill a whole at an angle. Instructions were so small . Paid far touch for this item that wasn't even pre treated”
